Mattress very uncomfortable, room tiny, I mean tiny, no really, TINY! Also someone obviously spilt something on top bunk and streaks down side of wall bit yuck.

Lots of attention to detail, every effort made to make space as good as possible, lots little extras appreciated, very considerate, great location.

this is quite a big issue as it plays into health and safety: the radiator in the bathroom was on way too hot and I ended up quite badly burning myself on it. was very sad as the rest of the stay was great but this was super dangerous, especially as there were not instructions on how to turn the heating down/off

Bit noisy from road traffic and also in the house from Guest above and below . Guests in basement apartment smoking funny fags and smell was coming in to Our room . Sofa bed needs to be replaced, it really dips in the middle .

basement room with steep outdoor steps and no banister we ended up falling on more than one occasion it is also very damp in the mornings in the room and whilst there are obvious efforts to improve this our clothes and sheets ended up wet with puddles forming by the door by the end of our stay

Sofa (additinal sleeping place) is not very comfy. Some items are a bit dated.

Location is great, close to centre and promenade. Kitchen well equipped, ready to cook. Tiny but comfy with all you need, even terracce.

We were a couple so bunk beds wasn’t ideal but it was the last room available. I think due to the Marathon being on everything got booked up early. We would definitely use this quest house again but try and book a double bed next time. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The only fault was the shower water pressure.

The location was very good. We stayed in the bunk bed room on the ground floor at the back. The room was tiny but well equipped and had everything we needed for a short two night stay.

Parking could be a bit of a problem , did have to drive round the roads to find a parking spot , luckily managed to get one near property, you do need to put permit in car 24hr permits available but make sure you have enough to cover stay. Parking wardens out all the time, and will get a parking fine.

Good size room Nicely presented , fridge had complementary milk , water and a bottle of wine nice touch. Also packets of cereal available. Really good location , short walk into town and located near to the beach front. Will stay again

The room was more cramped than expected, the cutlery, plates and cups provided were all dirty when we arrived, the carpet/rug smelled and had sand and dirt coming out of it.

Coffee machine was not working and bathroom extractor fan not working as well, the sofa bed mattress could do with replacement.

Some coat hooks would have been a bonus as we struggled to find somewhere to hang our wet coats from the rain.

It was a cosy basement room. Checking in and finding our room was easy. It was clean and tidy with a lovely shower and a soft double bed! We enjoyed our stay and will happily book again!

Shower didn’t work properly. Towels were like tiny rags. I booked this for my niece and friend and had to bring them towels from my home.

As mentioned before, the noise from the apartment above us. It was like they were wearing lead boots. Also having buckets of water thrown out of the window above the bedroom while we were in bed wasn't ideal, especially as some of it came through the window! That seemed to be the cleaner. So, unless you're on the top floor I would definitely make use of the free earplugs in a dispenser by the front floor! The front door sticks so it's impossible not to make a loud bang when closing it.

The apartment was beautifully clean. The milk, orange juice, cereals & chocolate bars were much appreciated. Oh my days, the duvet & pillows with Egyptian cotton covers were amazing, like sleeping on clouds. It's a fabulous location & we prebooked parking at Buzz bingo just a 5 minute walk away which was ideal. The free WiFi has a strong signal & both TVs worked perfectly with streaming services etc.

A little attention to detail , as glasses in room were dusty, cups were clean , cereal was out of date.

Close to friends, Close to sea front , 15 min walk from station . Bed was clean and comfortable. Was a nice gesture of having wine left in room.
