If stairs are an issue might want to reconsider there are stairs at front door to get to apartment, no issue for us.

Great accommodations, apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with all essentials. The beds were comfortable and very clean. Location was off the beaten path yet very close to everything we wanted to see. Check in was a breeze and host was excellent.

Understandable that a damage deposit is requested but unfortunately you can't do this over the phone with a company credit card. Instead the host is expecting employees to use their own personal cards on arrival. The apartment was very nice but unfortunately we will not be using again due to the way that the damage deposit is requested.

Host was excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Very easy to get to the apartment on the tram from the airport and again very easy to get into the centre either by foot or tram. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed.

nothing really about the apartment , the annoying thing was not being able to connect my phone to the tv to watch netflix or disney instead of tv aha

Of the cons, probably only the lack of slippers, as the floors are cold. And more bathing accessories could be provided. And there was no hair dryer, which was a bit tricky in the winter. But these are the little things that didn’t spoil our impression.

Very convenient location. Next to the train station and tram stop. Edinburgh Castle and the Princess Garden can be reached on foot and you can walk further to the Royal Mile. The apartment itself is very clean and cosy, especially the kitchen, with all the amenities of high quality.

The entry door is very hard to open. The Nail Studio downstairs creates a synthetic smell (only when you are entering the front door).

The appartment is beautiful. The location is fully equipped and it is very pleasant to be there.. the appartment is large, big rooms. The parking permit is excellent.

Dusty fake flowers and stiff front door. The outside of the building isn’t great to look at so does not reflect the lovely flat inside.

Well located with a parking, we really enjoyed our stay at Dalry House Residence. The appartement is well equiped, spacious and functionnal. We'd be glad to come again !

My husband and older son are both over 6'3" tall, and they found that the footboards on the ends of the beds made sleeping very uncomfortable. Also, we felt that one shower was very slippery, and the other one seems surprisingly small. The property managers seemed nice, but I had a little trouble getting through to them to figure out how to check out since we had to leave outside of their business hours.

The location is very convenient, as there are a huge variety of restaurants just on that street alone, and it's a short walk to the Haymarket train station. The apartment is on a busy-ish street, set above a nail salon and a Greek takeaway restaurant, but inside with the windows closed, it's pretty quiet. The apartment is clean, bright, posh, and attractive, with tons of storage. The couch is very comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished with the basics that we needed for cooking - if possible, we would have loved some salt and pepper packets in addition to the tea and sugar. It was super convenient to have the laundry machine onsite.

The bedrooms need blinds to the curtains because its difficult to sleep after sunrise.

The location of the apartment is excellent just next to Haymarket rail station. We arrived from London by train so it was very easy to get to the place just getting another train from Waverley station. Spacious and clean with large windows to the street. Not to noisy by the way, although its located in a busy road.

The door lock was difficult… by the last day I had mastered it but it was a process. The tub and shower were slippery, we all had some bathing fears!

The apartment was great, it was about 10-15 minutes walk to the old centre. On the day of departure we could leave our luggage behind at the office so we could spend our last day in Edinburgh.

Looks onto the street so noisier than our local town but not as bad as I expected for central Edinburgh

Location was great for our needs, with lots of facilities nearby. Property office to pick up keys was literally across the road. Free parking was a big deciding factor for this property. All amenities you need for a short stay, even a teapot.
