Was looking forward to the bath that was listed on facilities but upon arrival found a tiny en-suite with tight toilet and shower. Also didn't expect the room to be inside the main house. Maybe I didn't read the full blurb... Comfortable enough though!

Ideal little room with a key pad entry so no need to disturb the house when we arrived, although George came to say hello which was nice, Beds were very comfortable, and the shower was lovely and hot

Purpose of trip was to visit my sister who lives in Wolfhill but is not well. My other sister & husband were also visiting by car and provided the transport. Accommodation was basic but perfect for my purposes : no breakfast but no problem.

Our requirements are simple - we need to be able to wash and shower, to have a good night's sleep. THere was a good selection of reading material and a TV. so we can't identify anything that we did not like.

The cottage is tiny and provides tea and coffee making facilities but not full cooking equipment. So breakfast was not provided but we were well aware of this and arrived prepared to be self sufficient. We brought cereal bars and fruit with us. Our host was very friendly and asked us to let him know if anything was missing. We requested a tea towel which was waiting for us when we returned from an outing.

Nothing. Was all great. Maybe a little further out of town than we realised but no problem as we had car.

Were welcomed by George. Room was spotlessly clean. Was easy to find. Very quiet and relaxing. Would be happy to stay again. Had a delicious meal in neighbouring village.

Arriving after dark, accommodation was 20 odd mins out of town with no eateries close by (within 10 mins). Would be great if we had known and been organised. However, we did find an eatery within 15 mins and was lovely.

The only annoying thing is the public transport to Perth which is very rare and ends very early at the evening which makes it a non suitable accommodation if your main destination is Perth and you don't have your own car.

Cozy and clean room, nice staff, easy self check in and out, beautiful view from the window, perfect neighborhood, a beautiful village to have a fresh morning walk especially at autumn.

The slidey door to the bathroom / toilet didn't allow too much privacy as you could hear and at moments see through the door from the bed into the bathroom

Thank you so much for the lovely stay on Saturday evening. My cousin and I really felt and home and cosy. Our grandad is from Perth and sadly passed last week, he moved to New Zealand in the 60s, and we couldn't make it home to New Zealand for the funeral. So since my cousin lives in Paris, and I live in London we thought we would come to my grandads place of birth and childhood to remember him. He was 94 years old. A couple of years ago he gave he a locket of his blonde hair and he said to me that if he passed when I was living in London for me to take that blonde locket of hair back to his home land in Perth, so that's what we did. This was a special trip for us as we remebered our grandad Jim Mitchell, so thank you for the cosy stay, and the sheep and country land really reminded me of the South Island of New Zealand where my grandad immigrated to in the 60s. Thank you for such a great stay. We really appreciated it and felt very cosy and at home. Will definitely recommend you to friends and family :)

Lovely room for two - super cosy with little quirks and just what we needed after a long day on the hill! Private bathroom, tea and coffee, toasty warm beds... It's a little bit further on from Dunkeld (maybe 25 mins) but the location itself is beautiful and it felt like extra adventure :)
