Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe room was not overly soundproof but there was no noise after 10pm. We were on the first floor and there is a very bright light in the corridor visible beneath the door which, being an old building, is not a tight fit. However, it was easy to block the light with towels. Toilet seat could do with something to stop it squeaking loudly when lifting it. Problems really were minor and were outweighed by the fabulous staff and breakfast.
Excellent staff. Very warm welcome. The room was lovely and fairly spacious, although the shower was very small. Breakfast was amazing, good value.

NetherlandsOn the first day, the WiFi 'broke'. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the problem was fixed first thing the next morning. The kitchen was a little sparse in terms of inventory, and some of the pans and crockery were dirty. Luckily there was a dishwasher.
We rented one of the basement apartments. It was very spacious and comfortable in general, though the layout was a bit funky. My grown-up daughter decided to move her bed into the living room, rather than sleep in the recess to the side of the main bedroom - and that was fine.

United KingdomThe decor in the bathroom was a little bit tired and the TV didn't have the ability to share screen from a phone, it would have been nice to use Netflix or Spotify. There was a little bit of noise from the corridor as the bed backed onto it but this did not disrupt our sleep.
Nice big room with garden view, and large comfy bed. Free wifi. Good buffet breakfast in nice dining room, the location is walkable to the old town if you are used to walking in cities and there was parking. Staff were helpful but perhaps a little overworked, especially for breakfast service.
