Room was cold Shower or wet room was not great, shower had no real power and height could not be adjusted. Shower curtain broken, wet room very wet so if wanted to used the toilet had to step over puddles of damp. No tea or coffee...may have been an over sight on my side but was expecting at least the basics

Only 1 pillow each and a single hand and bath towel to share which isn't good when there's two of us staying there for 3 nights. Also, it would've been really beneficial to have at least a kettle in the room.

All of the staff we came across were friendly and polite. The room was nice and cosy with plenty of windows and easy to use air conditoning/heating system. Close to shops and amenities which was good and plenty of public transport available. Car park was 2 minute walk which was good and prices are fair. We felt very safe as key card is required to gain access past reception and to work the lifts. With the hotel, you get what you paid for I guess. Could be better with a few minor upgrades like kettles in room

The hotel is about as basic as I’ve ever experienced. In nearly all ways exactly as expected given the cost, I think I was a little shocked at how basic. Good for sleeping over but not a lot else.

Noisy, windows wouldn't close properly. Towels were not changed from Tuesday to Friday morning, bin was not emptied either. Nowhere to place anything in the room. Door to room had a fair sized gap underneath so noise came from the hallways very easily throughout the evenings.

The rooms are very small for 2 people. Thats why i needed to upgrade. Also the showerroom is very small and tiny and not enough space. The price was expensive aswell for wat it is but I am grateful that the staff was brilliant to put up with moany me 😂

The staff was brilliant, especially Muhammad and cass and the lady which I don't know her name. They upgraded my room on my 2nd night which was brilliant and was very helpful and polite

No parking, in and around hotel. No tea/coffee facilities in room Small bed, my partner 6ft 4, so uncomfortable, No lights in hallway of room, had to go to hallway to turn light off in the dark, Not enough space for luggage, ended up tripping on it in small hallway The room was cold on arrival, attempted to increase heating using dial, but it kept defaulting to 23 temperature, it was slow to warm up room Not liking the flooring was cold Draughty windows, bed right under it Shower was lukewarm, no hand towel provided.

Liked location, reasonably priced considering it was bank holiday. Booked option to checkout later than normal

Air con kept me awake, even tho it was switched off!! It kept kicking in during the night. Window let in lots of cold. Didn't not like having a light by the door. Was very very basic and small.

Was concerned travelling alone. It wasnt too bad. Check in was quick and easy. Friendly check in staff.

I know its a budget hotel but the room was tiny and no space at all to hang up any clothing. No dressers or tables either.

The room, which was a twin, had 2. I can only describe them as camp bed size beds. There was a hanger on the wall ( no wardrobe, no shelves, no kettle to make a drink) the space was not even wide enough to open your suitcase and you had to take turns to move around the limited space if you wanted to go to the bathroom, which was the best thing in the room, but that had the tiniest sink I have ever tried to wash my hands in, it was an experience I shall never repeat or recommend anyone, unless desperate to stay here.

The location was excellent, very handy for the station, and great shopping area.

Small room with no bedside table and wet room bathroom. Paid for late checkout and was harassed every hour to get out of my room by a cleaner. Paid extra for a window but that only made the room louder and brighter

Cheap place to stay but you get what you pay for. Staff were nice and close to shops and train station. Get a windowless room, the window is just added noise. Fine for one cheap night
