My room was not ready when I arrived. It took a while to sort out as it required calls to the management service. It is in a red light district which might be problematic for women staying there and walking to shops or public transport.

A basic studio at a good price. Well situated with access to shops and buses to town. Clean with all the basic facilities.

The bathroom is extremely narrow and there is no possibility to put any things in it. It's just a shower tub. I also think the price was extremely high for such a small and okay place.

I liked the fact that we had a kitchen and a washing machine.

If u want to go in city centre by public transport u need to walk like 4-5 min to take the tram. The heating you need to boost every 4h if u want to be warm in the room. The window wasn't closing very well needed to be fix

Couldn't work out how to use the hob and the telly didn't work which I found out on the last day was because there were no batteries in the remote! Didn't need either though so not too much of a problem. Couldn't get through to the property owner when I tried to call on arrival as I couldn't open the lock box but once that was sorted all went well for the rest of the week

Honestly theres nothing i didn't like about this hotel, straight forward to enter, door code sent through to you straight away no issues whatsoever.

Straight forward to book, good price for a on the spot last minute booking, cosy room, clean bathroom, comfy warm bed with heating in the room, Owner was very helpful and saved the night since i didn't have a plug to charge my phone. Would recommend this hotel easily!

This is by far the worst place that I have ever stayed! The property has no staff on is not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra. There was 8 occasions of homeless people laying in the corridor of the building, constantly walking in and out between the hours of 11pm - 6am. Food left in the hall way and paper thin walls so you can hear everything. The communal kitchen and washing facilities is constantly being used by the homeless people entering the building and the oven is not usable, so only plan to use the hob and microwave if you do stay.

There is very little to like other than the fact that it is close to town.

There are prostitutes that operate at this location. They go in and out throughout the night and into the early hours of the morning (4.30am). They pick multiple men up and bring them into the building for services all through the night. I heard a very loud argument over payment around 4am and other very concerning conversations. I was woken up constantly by these activities and had to book another hotel and leave a few nights into the stay as it was so loud and unsafe. The lock on the door was broken and the property had a lot of stains. The area is in the red light district of nottingham (forest road) look it up before you stay here. You won't sleep at all and you'll be staying in a brothel.

Paid for 6 days… falsely advertised as having a washing machine “within the studio” it was shared, tumble dryer made white clothes blue, placed in basement, filthy windows, thin walls and floors, hear everyone coming and going, plus roadworks directly outside property which all kept us awake all night then awoken extremely early. Asked for refund, change of room this took a long time and refund refused ( I will be seeking one in full), the next room offered was on top floor with three blinds splitting the small room (smaller than one I paid for) with no tv… the property stated that I refused the move, I did not. I would expect a room of better quality not worse. Unhelpful and patronising staff, no fresh towels, or toilet roll provided. Only remained as had nowhere else to go
