The host was very friendly, helpful, and makes fantastic food! The bed and bath were comfortable and spacious. The dwelling is so close to everything- walking distance- yet on a quiet street, in Inverness. We had two nights, and would have gladly had more, if we didn't have to be elsewhere.

The room was nice and comfortable. The Wifi worked seamlessly. The Owner is a big plus to the accommodation and recommend a lot of nice places in the center where to have food and drinks. Very nice historical building with ample parking. We liked both the beds and the shower. The location is in a residential area outside of the city centre which is anyway easily reachable.

The House was super cute and Laura is really amazing! We had a great stay. We would recommend this guest house! Its really clean and the beds are really comfortable. The area is quiet, great for a good night's sleep after a long day. You have everything you need! Authentic and friendly. Always happy to come back. Thank you Laura!

The road from the Inverness train station to the house is so picturesque that we enjoyed every minute of our walk. The B&B is in a calm residential area. Laura is an amazing host, and also her nephews 😊 We've got a spacious room on the ground level, perfect for our heavy luggage. Hot breakfasts are made with care and on request. We were surprised that our room was cleaned during our second breakfast (~30') with new linens ready for us. We enjoyed everything during our stay at Laura's home in Inverness.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is home-cooked and delicious. The house is located just a 15 mins away walk from the centre. The best part of the entire experience was Laura. She's the most helpful, gracious and friendly host anyone could ever hope for. If I'm ever back in Inverness, I'll definitely want to stay at Eastdene Guest House again.

Pet free and superbly clean B&B with a friendly and accommodating host. Comfy beds and very well located for Inverness attractions such as Eden Court and the Castle. Short walk to city centre, off street parking and motorcycle friendly. Would happily stay again.
