Quirky old building with lots of history. The room was clean and tidy. Great bnb for the price it was quiet at night but close to everything in the city centre. The breakfast was good and service was very polite. We stayed for work and had a Large van and the lady running the bandb let us have her parking space to make it easier would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Chichester. Great value for money

The room was spacious and light . Lovely to stay in a Georgian House. Beautiful roll top bath comfortable bed and a fantastic breakfast. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was amazing. Garden is lovely. Room was comfortable, light and airy. The Georgian features of the building are amazingly preserved. If the front door could also be made into an entrance, that would be great. Sitting rooms could do with updating in terms of furniture, but that's a very minor con.

Great location, personal parking space which is a bonus for Chichester. Lovely building, nice room, easy self check in, friendly staff, good breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

There is nothing I didn’t like. The only thing I would say is that breakfast is only between 8 am and 9 am and it would’ve been a little bit more convenient if there was a bigger window to eat in the morning

We are in our 80’s and had some difficulty gaining access with the keypad but we rang the manager who was extremely helpful .

No TV in the room, not necessary but others may not appreciate.

Reserved parking for one car per room. We'll organised arrival. The accommodation is unmanned so access codes etc were provided. Room great size and bed very comfy. Breakfast was great and freshly cooked.

A truly beautiful period property in the centre of the city with allocated free parking. Staff very friendly. I enjoyed my stay and will return next time I have commitments in the area.

There was no shaver point, If our shaver or toothbrush had not been topped up it would have been a problem. Also no way of washing hair, no shower head. The entry doors were difficult to use, would have been tricky in a fire situation, perhaps.

It was quiet, the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and the location was ideal for exploring the town. It had charm.

Great value for an elegant Georgian house, enough facilities for a B&B and very comfortable. The breakfast was a nice addition and there was good choice. Friendly staff. Ideally located in the centre of town but still very quiet. Self entry via keypads and made my own way to the room. But staff weee available if needed.

Couldn't fault it.

We stayed in room 2 which was supposed to be 172 square feet but it was much bigger at around 300 sq feet exvcluding the en suite and the extra small bedroom, so we were pleasantly suprised by this. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Very central so not much walking needed. Great to have a car park.
