A minor point but a choice of fresh juices would have been welcome at breakfast.

Nicola and Kerry are excellent hosts and go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. The room was extremely good value and their attention to detail and provision of many 'useful little extras' all combined to exceed my expectations. The full English breakfast was also excellent.

Stayed here whilst travelling for work. Bed was very comfortable, extras in the room were amazing. Vista's from bathroom and bedroom window beautiful. Lovely quiet area. Breakfast was super. Would stay again if I needed accommodation in the area. WIFi and phone reception worked well.

Only that I wasn't staying for longer!

Booked very last minute and it was no issue. A wonderful place to say with amazing views and super quiet. Couldn't hear the roads even. The room was lovely, the en suite clean, and the shower enormous! Tea and coffee facilities A++ Breakfast was awesome too. Nicola has thought of everything one might need, from clear how-to-find-us instructions to spare toothbrushes. Heard a tawny owl in the evening, and saw a woodpecker and siskins on the feeders in the morning.

The location was wonderful and Nicola was a charming host. We loved our chats with Nicola and Kerry each morning after a good breakfast. Our room - the studio - stayed beautifully cool during the mini heatwave and had a very large fridge/freezer which was extremely useful. Nicola had provided many extras too - lovely! The house was situated in a very good position for our little tour of North and South Devon and had a gorgeous view.

This was a hidden gem in Devon's countryside. Our family immediately feel in love with the place on arrival. Kerry and Nicola were excellent hosts and made us felt very much at home.

5 star BnB with friendly hosts. Great communication prior to visit and a breakfast that puts other BnB's to shame. The wildlife in the garden a particular highlight. The view from our room was astounding and aside from the chatter of the birdlife the serenity of the surrounding countryside was a particular highlight

Great welcome from Nicola and Kerry, our twin room was spotless and we had our own little den to relax in in the evening. Fantastic walk in shower with all the toiletries you could want. Fabulous garden to sit in watching the birds on the feeder. A lovely stay!

Nothing, it was all great.

Breakfast was lovely, Nicola uses eggs from her own hens which really made a difference. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. All the little extra touches made our weekend really special. Nicola and Kerry's dogs were lovely and made us feel really at home.

Breakfast was OK but nothing special. One of the two rooms was very small, with a washbasin the right size for pixies. The other room was breathtaking though.

This is a lovely farm along a very quiet road. It seemed like living in a fairy world, surrounded by green hills, woods, and meadows. Unfortunately it was raining so we could not fully enjoy it. We were given a whole portion of house instead of 2 rooms, and had we stayed more nights that would have been excellent. Do follow the driving instructions suggested by Nicola in advance, and NOT what Google Maps suggests, we drove along extremely narrow and badly-kept lanes as I had forgotten about the instructions...
