Nothing really but some of the fixtures and fittings would benefit from an upgrade to stop the accommodation becoming a bit tired (Eg. Replacement plug in bathroom sink)

I found the induction cooker difficult to master (the hobs seemed very hot even at low settings). There were sufficient Kitchen pans but many of them are ready for replacement (flaking linings).

Peaceful location despite being in a built up area. Private parking (make sure to park exactly in the space provided and always display the parking permit provided by the host because the patrols frequently check in the evenings). Public transport available just outside the property. Helpful host who is easy to contact. Comfortable living room with nice TV. Well-working shower. Good-sized kitchen.

The appliances need some maintenance but that's all.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is perfect for our needs and Daniel is a great and attentive host. We'll happily rebook the place.

Only suggestion is to add a couple of chairs on lawn in backyard to be able to have coffee outside

House was spot on and great value for money. Lots of space, all amenities in top condition, comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Also had our own private parking space which was very handy. Daniel's communication was top notch and he made sure that we had everything we need for our stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

Easy, safe parking behind house. Great location in Lenton. opposite a nice park with playground that our 3yo loved. inside very well equipped and comfortable. Host extremely good, giving us all info possible to make our stay go smoothly

Host will guide you so easy to find. Wonderful place when I visited Nottingham and attend my graduation ceremony. Transportation is great there's a bus stop nearby and shops and restaurants in walking distance

Its clearly an older building that has been largely modernised. The only thing missing were water glasses!

Really comfy king size bed. Nice and warm, parking behind the flat, host communication, very convenient for the university and city with a bus stop right outside. TVs in each room

For us, the beds were too soft, but that is all to do with preference, and maybe the cleaner can just pay attention to small details. (Dust, cleaning out the fridges properly, things like that) However, the place was clean.

Faraday Place is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment that we stayed in over a weekend visiting family. The location for us was perfect as we were close to everything. There is a Sainsburys down the road if you need to get some bits and bobs , and even though it was not too far from a main road, it was very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was a good space, and the main bedroom was massive, with the smaller bedroom still at a very good size. The living room area was very comfortable and suitable for you to just chill, which we liked and we would stay here again. Our host was absolutely lovely and helped us greatly with directions and with a parking permit
