We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe first room Air con did not work, cob webs on the ceiling. We got moved to another room and there was a reddish/orange stain on the toilet seat that after a few scrubs came off. Stains over the dark blue bed throw and sofa and puffet/ Foot stool. Breakfast Pancakes were not American style and Cold when delivered to our room. (The rest of breakfast was hot and lovely.) Other than these few things Nothing more to fault and we will definitely be back.
The room was a good size, the bathroom lovely. The Grounds are well kept. The bed was firm and honestly had a very peaceful night's sleep on it. The Aircon was Handy also. The chocolate Brownie with ice cream The best I've had, and the chunky chips Were Gorgeous.

Good location to access central London and also Watford and Windsor. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The free standing bath was lovely! Swimming pool was a little dated but incredibly warm and great bonus!

Nice welcome and efficient check-in service. Room and ensuite was a good size, comfy bed. Nice quiet complex considering its location. Facilities were a little tired around the edges but perfectly acceptable considering the price and location.

Overall we enjoyed the stay some areas need a touch up with paint or a quick magic sponge clean to remove dirt marks.
