No dishwasher. No space to drain dishes once washed. No oven gloves or tea towel (burnt hand).Not many utensils to cook with. Not cleaned very well. Party ballons etc left behind. Shower trap full of hair.

No towels provided only two hand towels between 4 of us. No handwash in bathroom either. False fire alarm at 04:50am and they were unable to offer any kind of refund for the distrubance.

The only disappointment was that there was only one bedroom! Although it had two double beds and was a good size, we had 3 grandchildren with us, one of which was a 16 year old girl so it wasn't ideal, but in fairness it didn't spoil anything. The toilet roll holder was hanging off; which I showed one of the cleaners when we arrived, and there were two sharp edges on both sides of the top of the staircase which I also pointed out, and these were dealt with immediately.

The apartment was really lovely and very comfortable! It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a very good location, as it was near all the local sights and amenities!

The things I thought could be improved on was the little seating for 8 people? It’s only the two seater that u can relax on when having a busy day walking round Liverpool in the rain:) I know there is stools but I’m sure along the back wall u could get another two seater in? And also maybe coat hooks in the hall way? As we were having to hang clothes/coats etc on doors and stools when 8 of us came in soaked. Also the glasses/cups/crockery need replenishing as there’s not enough for 8. The bin lid was broken in half, I think it’s red nail varnish on the kitchen floor, part of the end for the work top is bent out to which it’s catching on people’s clothes, These are just little pointers, overall it was lovely & definitely will be back xx

I loved the location, and the no fuss of getting into the apartment! All very straight forward, I loved the air con too. The beds were lovely & comfortable too.

However, there were a lot of things that didn’t work in the apartment. We had a kitchenette but the microwave didn’t work. There was no hot water coming from the tap in the kitchen. Only half of the side of the toaster worked. Plus there was only one PowerPoint out of three that worked. The ensuite toilet wouldn’t flush properly and there was grime in the ensuite bathroom sink. Also the windows were permanently open we couldn’t close them so it was cold and the noise from the traffic kept us awake at night. There was no instructions of how things worked and no information to advise people about interesting places to go. There was also no information about how to get in touch with management to address the details that we had troubles with. We also had a fire alarm at 4:30 in the morning on the second day we were there. We were soon let back into the apartment. However there’s been no apology from the company about the obvious glitch in the alarm system that night. If these areas and better customer service were sorted out then it would’ve been a better stay.

The property was very well decorated. It was very close to the centre of town with lots of interesting places to eat nearby.

The room itself was very dirty. Lots of dust on bedside tables, food on the floor under the dining table. The website also stated that the kitchen is "fully equipped". The room sleeps 6 however we only had 4 sets of cutlery. There were no sharp knives and no scissors. There was also only one very small baking tray. The website also stated that shampoo was provided however when I came to wash my hair there was none available.

The interior design was very nice. The space and price of the apartment were excellent. The coded door was straight forward as was the key lock safe on the room. Beds were comfortable and the shower was lovely and powerful. Plenty of towels and bedding provided. The location was great, very close to shops and plenty to do and see.

Sofa bed not great for sitting on for prolonged period and would not want to sleep on it for more than a night or two. However as we were only using as a one night stop over and were not spending a lot of time in the apartment, this was not an issue for us.

Good communication. Easy access. Great location. Many places to eat and drink nearby, including great places for breakfast. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower.
