We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

In morning blocked in by 2 cars belonging to staff. Took quite a while for this to be sorted. Subsequently saw public car park next door. Why are staff orc lints not funded to use this car park if parking is an issue. Hotel has feeling that its just surviving V Few staff about...had to look for bar staff....one waitress/ manager for breakfast....hence coffee machine

A very pleasant stay : very nice room but a couple of points of issue; whilst trying to close the blind it fell off - and we had to survive the night without a black out - it was fixed very quickly next morning ! No toilet door! Not too pleasant not have a door to the loo. Restaurant was very slow, but the wine bill was picked up by the hotel so ended well : plus the staff were working very hard. All in all nice hotel. Recommended

United KingdomWe decided to have breakfast at the last minute (10am) check out was 11am. It was a busy weekend but there were no tables ready and the spaces that looked free hadn’t been cleaned and there were hardly any staff. The cooked breakfast was served with burnt bacon, rock hard black pudding, very sloppy scrambled egg and a tasteless sausage. Such a disappointment and put a negative end on our amazing night away. It was not worth the £44 paid 🙁
The hotel was beautiful, full of style & grandeur. The room was immaculate & very comfortable. The front of house staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. It was a perfect location for the Jazz Festival.

Brilliant room as we were given an upgrade but the twin baths were wasted on us. Room was quiet. Bed very comfortable. Car parking pot luck, there was one space free when we arrived mid afternoon and the nearby public car park looked to be full

United KingdomNothing the hotel could of helped but there was a large event that took place during our stay, the guests were rude, loud and inconsiderate of other people like ourselves who were also staying here and they were up making noise, shouting and slamming doors until the early hours.
The breakfast was good and had a good selection of simple and complex food so fussy eaters also have options. The room was big and the shower was fantastic. The wardrobe was big enough for our short stay. The bed was comfortable and spacious. Extra special mention to Cora who has always made sure our stay was more than pleasant on the multiple occasions we have stayed here, thank you!
