Bit pricey given its relatively adequate services. Has a15% service charge which is quite common in London hotels. I don’t mind saying the extra if the service justifies. But the service is disappointing. Some of the staff are clearly inexperienced & struggling.

Its location is probably its best feature.

It’s sad that the corridors to the room are not vacuumed , there can be plastic papers lying around in the corridor for several days , it only shows that when you see something like this , you think about how the rooms must be cleaned .

Resto was really good, food served very filling. We also appreciate our server (we forgot to ask his name but he said he’s from India). He is very accommodating and patient.

Theres always a mix up with payment. We ordered in room breakfast so that we wont have to wake up too early and queue at the resto. But what happened was, we received an early morning call from the front desk, asking us to come down to settle the payment for the breakfast so that the breakfast will be brought to our room. I found this really rude. It was our first night and fees could have been settled during the day or during check out. Another not so good experience is the breakfast tray. After eating, we requested that the tray be picked up/tidied up but no one was getting it. We left 3 days later it is still in our room. We called everyday for pick up but we always get a yes response but no one came to pick it up. We request for cleaning of the room, the room ks regularly cleaned but they skip the table and breakfast tray.

Excellent location and right across the road there is Victoria Station. Very clean. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was very good.

The room was small for a family room. Location was excellent for for transport links and access to tourist sights. Breakfast was excellent with an extensive range of options.

Shower was not the best. Had 3 whilst we were there and weren’t very hot, warm at best. One on last morning before we checked out was just cold, didn’t get close to warm. Reported on check out due to proximity of leaving

Excellent location, nice bright and clean property. Had a bar and restaurant and everything you would need. Room was good and again had what you need. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Straight across the road from Victoria station and a stones throw from the theatre for Wicked which is the show we went to see. If you want a hotel close to these, this is an ideal one.

Personal preference: I'm the type that would wipe down with sanitizer wipes. However, the area shown on the picture didn't pass the wipe test. All changed to brown color but not black. The washroom doesn't have enough hooks to hang clothes. The flat surface provided was dusty. The wall area by the only hook was not clean. This washroom doesn't have the plug for the hairdryer. The check out time is 12pm but housekeeping knocked at our door before 11:30am told us 11am.

We were traveling back to London at Gatwick airport but needed to fly out from Heathrow airport. Was picking a midpoint without too much of transferring. This location is great as far as 1 stop from Gatwick to London Victoria. Hotel is right outside of the train station. One staff made us feel very welcoming. Talking to us and remembered us on the next day. So many customers a day and didn't think he would remember. The bed is comfortable. Crabtree products in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast as well as several meals at the bar. We liked the close proximity to Victoria station and the location of the hotel was very convenient for all the places we wanted to visit.

Not enough attention paid at breakfast, it took a while to get teabags & bread replenished despite asking twice.

Good location if you're going to one of the nearby theatres. Very clean comfortable room.
