The terrible smell in the bathroom ( not because it is dirty) air conditioner is unconvenient, the cable connects with outside so the door has to open. So if you want to sleep well and quietly, when the weather is hot outside, you have to choose low temperature, shut it down then close the window

The hotel didn't have an elevator, but the receptionist helped carry my luggage. He was very kind. This hotel is very close to Montparnasse station, making it highly recommended for those catching early morning TGV trains. The interior was well-maintained and very clean."

hotel very very small without reception area and no breakfast area just 3 meters * 2 meters for 2 tables .. No elevator and narrow stairs to up and down four floors everyday 3 or 4 times .. the room size was good but ther are many insects and bites in the room and I found it at 4 am before sleeping and I told receptionist I want to cancel my next day and refund money to book at another hotel but he was lying and don’t believe me he said just one insect then he puts spray for insects but smell was not good for my health .. I paid 400 € at another hotel for the last night and this hotel owner said to me discuss to booking.com not me and didn’t get the refund even I faced a bad trip and I didn’t sleep till next day because I had work at the morning.. I don’t know how this kind of hotels in booking.com .. iam very disappointed with booking.com to not solving this for one of there valuable customers .

It's infested with bedbugs, and the owner/manager is a sleazy liar who makes up grand stories to absolve his responsibility for the damages he caused - including denying his own identity, and pretending to not be the owner/manager. He completely fabricated a story about me in order to try to skirt around his responsibility for the bedbugs. The bites are all over my arms and body, and each one is very swollen and itching so bad I cannot sleep... even now that I am safely at home. I will be going to a dermatologist, and having to take my coat to be sterilized at the drycleaners so the bugs do not infest my home. All of his lies can be disproven very easily given the timestamp and reciepts surrounding my circumstances for staying there. If the place was not infested with bugs, and the owner wasn't such a con artist, I could have overlooked the 4th flight walk-up, and accomodations that haven't been updated since the 70's. I don't even know why this "hotel" is even on this platform - it's more like a deathtrap.

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and a good size. The hotel was also in a great location with access to various transport links and local bars and restaurants. Loved it!

Yet another hotel with low ratings that to me seem a bit unfair. Sure, if you travel for a romantic vacation with your fiance, this is not the best place to stay. If you are a travelling businessman or just a city explorer, this hotel is excellent, and in a hard to beat location.
