The shower needs replacing, and the room needs adjustable lighting.

Given the price, I had a lot of freedom although a TV would have made a big difference as a solo traveller and I felt safe due to the lack of access to the courtyard. The common kitchen was great for morning coffee.

It is fair not to mention you are alone in the house or floor. However, that didn't bother me; I wasn't bothered by anyone.

I felt safe, the room had one of those code lockers, so you must know the code to enter. Plus, you are living in a residential area, sort of speak, named Hithe Point, where you need another code to pass the gates. It is close to the Canada Water underground station. As for the area in London, I believe it is a safe area, affluent as well. I moved from Spitalfields, and it was an upgrade.

The property was not a private bathroom. The dryer did not work and you had to drag it across the floor in the kitchen to plug it into the power point.

Although if it serves to It's purpose, the furniture could be of better quality. Wardrobe"s doors were stuck , and the middle leg of the bed was unstable . A bathroom was shared, which wasn't mentioned in the booking advert. But I understand that is quite common in London.

I didn’t like anything about the apartment because someone entered my room and stole all my stuff.

The property was labelled as a private apartment (it wasn’t) which was the sole reason for my booking. I have been ignored everyday for over a week with no help of communication. Wouldn’t accept my cancellation request or refund my money. so essentially taken my money and not resolved anything just cowardly ignored all communication or responsibility. I’d avoid at all costs unless your desperate.

a) Lack of prior response to questions re access b) The "entire apartment" was not correct description. The bathroom and kitchen were shared (which we were advised of the day before travelling. c) Lack of amenities in room - only one chair; no bedside table / light. d) Doors to room and bathroom squeaked loudly e) Toilet seat which was broken was the wrong shape for the toilet pan. f) No plug in wash hand basin

Location was ideal for the purposes of our trip.

ATTENTION: This is an apartment with 4 bedrooms, 1 shared kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms. It is not a whole apartment with 1 bedroom, as the description says. We met some of the other guests and nobody knew it was a shared apartment. On arrival, we followed the instructions to find the key box but the key was not in the box. It was 10pm and we had to call the emergency contact number, who answered the phone 15 minutes later (after calling several times) and dind't apologise for the mistake. Terrible costumer service. KITCHEN: - Not fully equipped (on arriva there were no mugs, no pans and no cooking utensiles). After 3 days, someone had brough some of these to the apartment. - The fridge was too cold and all our food got frozen, so you cannot use it. It was on the lowest temperature, so it was obviously broken. BATHROOM: - No hand soap or towel ROOM: - The bed was ok, more or less comfortable, but the rest of the furniture was old and the wardrobe's doors were stucked. All in all, it was a bad experience because we thought it was going to be a whole apartment for ourselves and we had to share with other people.

Creaky unstable bed, creaky floor boards and stairs. Shared bathroom for the whole house, no way of knowing already somebody else in the bathroom and sticking door. No towels, and no notification of this.

Nothing. We were so disgusted and had such a dreadful night's sleep we left after 1 night losing the money we paid for the 2nd night and needing to pay far more as late booking for alternative accommodation.

Stairs were freaking, bed frame didn’t feel sturdy, didn’t end up even staying there the night due to that reason. Felt like bed would break at any moment. Shared bathroom wasn’t mentioned in the description of the room either. The stairs felt very bad the property needs a health and safety inspection ASAP
