Some shortcuts with cleaning. Shower needs to be descaled as a lot of the holes are blocked. Very noisy pigeons! Front door didn’t feel very secure as there wasn’t a key for the bottom lock.

Excellent location. Very close to the centre of Belfast. Secure parking. 2 bedrooms, one of them being able to sleep three (I have three daughters). Chalkboard wall. Comfortable beds.

Shower doors in the en suite didn’t close properly so the floor got very wet! Also a lack of toilet paper provided so we had to buy our own.

Finding the keys and the garage entrance was challenging with the one way system. Note that it’s a fifth floor apartment in case the lift isn’t working.

Lovely apartment, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great location for the city centre. Very secure parking. Helpful information pack with lots of information on a wide variety of things.

Locating parking was a bit confusing as keybox was at one side of the building and entrance to carpark was at other side of building.

WiFi was terrible, there was a leak above the toaster (dangerous) and no sugar or milk to make tea on arrival. I thought the basics would be provided given the cost. The entrance gives ex-council flat vibes, though the inside is lovely. But pricey for what it was.

Was absolutely fantastic. Brilliant for my kids with the amazing chalk paint wall.. Very clean and spacious.. Will definitely go back.. Great value for being located in the city centre.

We had a one night stay here for a family birthday. I can honestly say it did not disappoint in any way. It was a fab location as we were attending the Ulster Hall. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs. We loved the funky decor, and the beds were so so comfy. The blackboard wall was an added bonus that even us adults enjoyed. Will definitely recommend and will stay again

Cosy funky apartment slap bang in Belfast city centre. Party of five and loved the spaciousness of the apartment. It was clean and modern and kids loved the chalk wall.

There was no dishwasher tablets or a cloth to wash your dishes. Also a hairdryer would have been useful especially for people travelling with only hand luggage.

WiFi wouldn’t work. Had to contact the number provided and was told that the people staying prior to our stay had also had informed of this, but we were not made aware. Unfortunately couldn’t use Netflix/YouTube on the TV. However there was good Network for your mobile data in the area to use instead for streaming. Was difficult to find the key-box due to it being faded. But setup and instructions was brilliant.

Location was excellent. Apartment was very clean, tidy and modern. Good kitchen area and facilities. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious bedrooms.

The Wi-Fi did not connect for the whole of the weekend - luckily it didn’t bother us too much as we were out most of the time, however this is included as an extra so this should have been resolved. We were informed it was working the day before and could be a problem with the network, however this wasn’t resolved on our stay. The shower also had little to no pressure - each setting didn’t provide much difference as a very small amount of water came out when it was on full blast.

The apartment was very well located - everything that we needed to get to was walking distance so we saved money on travel from the apartment being so central. Liked that it had a living room so we weren’t just stuck in our rooms.
