Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Location for stadium couldn’t have been better. The room was clean and comfy. The Prosecco and welcome basket in the fridge was so kind. Would definitely use again.

PolandOverall pleasant experience. We stayed there for a couple of nights, 4 people. Everything was as described, the place is very clean and new. We appreciated the self-serving breakfast that was prepared for us in the kitchen. The room was small, but enough for our needs. The building is not far from the city centre and there are several buses that stop near it. There is a park with a panoramic view over the city, a walking distance from Dinorwic Lodge. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. We had no problem with checking in and out at night (self check-in).

United KingdomGreat location to visit Anfield Stadium as only 10 minutes walk to the ground. Quiet location, comfortable beds & lovely bathroom with shower. Keys allocated so you can come & go as you please during your stay. Welcome pack waiting in the fridge of bottled water, cans of pepsi & chocolate biscuits. Ample provision of cereals, bread for toast, juice & fresh fruit for breakfast. Tea & coffee can be made in the kitchen at any time. A courtyard area is available for us smokers too. Very reasonable price for our 1 night stay.

IrelandVisiting with my son for a match in Anfield which is right outside the door, really ideal location. Room was comfortable and the communal kitchen was well stocked & layed out with breakfast material, tea & coffee. A 15 minute taxi will have you in city centre (£12) for any tours or sightseeing you want to do. Would highly recommend, especially for a game. They allowed us to store our luggage securely after checkout so we didn't have to drag our luggage into the football game. Thumbs up from me.

AustraliaOnly 1 issue was lack of parking. Unfortunately we did arrive late on game day so can't really expect parking. This was the only issue of an otherwise great trip
So close to stadium only 5 min walk. Really comfortable beds with great facilities. So easy to check in. Great experience will definitely return. Thank you

United KingdomWould be good to have a few extra boxes of the ‘nicer’ cereal, e.g. coco pops and crunchy nut as there was only 1 or 2 of each and were taken quickly. Toaster knobs had come off making it a bit difficult to use. Bunk beds were very loud and creaky when moving around in the night and woke me up quite a bit.
Brilliant location, only a stones throw away from the stadium. Lovely artwork surrounding the area. Free parking close by. Xbox with games and TV were a good extra to have. Enjoyed the breakfast options and the fact there was fresh milk and not the UHT pots! Really loved the basket of goodies- a really nice touch!

Irelandmattresses need an upgrade as they are old, lumpy and you can feel the springs, but does the job for 1 night. Bathroom is tiny, although modern, so the towel rack is above the toilet, have to be careful not to drop towel in the loo. room set up is twin so I moved the beds to make a double, and found under the beds not so clean, overall experience was fine, but we are low maintenance anyway.
fab location for match day, plenty of places around for food, kitchen area is super too, lovely basket prepared for each room in the fridge. room is small and basic, it has a chair, bed and nightstand, that's all you need for a single night really, so no complaints there

United KingdomThere was no hot water available in the en-suite overnight; plus, heating was fully switched off overnight, resulting in one getting very cold, if you happen to be out of the duvet. Mattresses were very springy too.
Clear instructions for checking in were emailed in advance. Welcome pack and the nicely laid out continental breakfast items were lovely treats. We managed to get parking right outside the property on the street too.

United KingdomBed mattresses were quite thin and fairly uncomfortable, however we weren’t bothered by this for one night, if I was staying longer I might prefer a comfier mattress.
Clean, nice touches with the refreshments, decently priced and suited us for one night perfectly. Super close to the stadium!
