The listing is advertised to have 1 parking spot for the suite, but it's first come first serve street parking so you're not guaranteed a spot. The furniture was older and a bit worn, so not the most comfortable. Good enough, but glad we only had 2 nights on that bed.

The location is fantastic. Right on the edge of the city centre. A short walk away from so many pubs, restaurants and sights. As well as a grocery store right in the building. Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath suite.

My only little niggle would be despite being advertised for families, all of all the cups and plates etc were all for adults (breakable!), there wasn't anything plastic which with a 4 year old would have calmed my nerves a little when giving him a drink etc! So if you are brining young children you may want to bring along your own cup and plate/bowl for them to use.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our apartment was easy to find, clean and had the most stunning huge windows! The little touches were all there - toiletries for the bathroom and the kitchen had essentials such as tea and sugar. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We stayed here for a couple of nights as a base for Alton Towers which was 20mins away. 2mins drive is an Aldi so (like we did) you can cook something easy when you get back after a long day! The whole stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We really loved having a decent amount of space for the two kids, rather than being in a small hotel room. The kids were happy with the WiFi which never let us down, there was lots of drawers to store your clothes for longer stays, and the fridge was a really decent size. We didn't need it, but there was also a washing machine for use, and ironing board and iron. We will be back next year for sure!

The apartment had lots of room and was very clean. It was very light as the windows were big. It's above a coop so very convenient. There are restaurants and takeaways close by in the town. It's about a 15-minute drive to Alton Towers. We will be back

The on street can be a problem at times, it’s not the properties fault as they don’t have a car park but there are a number of streets with houses in the area that you’re also competing with for parking. I’d also say that the sofa bed is not big enough for 2 people which wasn’t an issue for us but would be if there were 6 of you

Bit worn down, crumbs in middle of sofa bed. Definitely would not fit 6 people, 5 max. On arrival the whole apartment was like a sauna, but cooled down once windows had been opened for a while. One toilet with no window but for what you pay none of these are a big issue Noise outside can be loud at times Asked for late checkout the previous day, and was granted free late checkout at 9:45am, by that time we had already packed and got to our car.

I’ve stayed at these apartments a few times now and I love them. They are so stylish as well as comfy with absolutely everything you need at hand. The location is perfect for leek town with the Co Op right underneath that can provide you with everything. They are very reasonably priced and the hosts couldn’t be more accommodating. We ran into some travel problems and they accommodated us on a couple different changes. Highly recommend this property. We couldn’t have been more appreciative.

Street could be loud at times and with the window closed we could hear a lot from outside.

We stayed here for a wedding in central Leek, so the location was awesome. Large flat with lots of space and amenities. It fit us all comfortably and we had a great stay.

My only reasoning for rating an 8 is due to the message regarding needing ID to release the details for key collection being sent on the day of check in and only a few hours beforehand.This would have been much easier if a reminder was sent a few days/week prior, this area is so popular for hiking where signal is minimal so a reminder prior to check in day would be more helpful. Apartment was also very hot with the digital thermostat resetting to 24 degrees after setting it at a lower temp both nights.

Great apartment with a fantastic location for peak district hiking, alton towers and lots to do within Leek itself.

We had lots of luggage and did not count on the stairs. People should check and confirm if lifts are available in properties. The heating used an app which failed. We could not control the CH so we switched off the radiators in the bedrooms and that was fine. Bathroom is too small and I hit my head a few time on the medicine cabinet over the wash hand basin.

Good size apartment over a 24x7 shop which we used extensively. The location was picked for access to Alton Towers and that worked out great. Some very nice restaurants in the area.
