Shower screen inadequate so floor flooded. Proof of identity and damage deposit too much of a hassle, although refunded very promptly.

There was no Wifi given to use for personal devices. There was no rubbish bin for the kitchen for those that are cooking. The bed was hard for my preference. The pillows are cheap (wish it had more puff). There was no floor mat in the bathroom for when you get out. There is a washing machine, but it is not plugged in or a plug near to plug in. There are things for cooking, but no drying rack or drying towel to do the dishes. Considering there is no washing machine, this was odd. And for some reason, there are 5 of everything, but a fork. there was only 3. Last, the method used for making a £150 deposit for security. This place was overall good though. These are small things that could be easily and cheaply remedied.

It was spacious and TV's in all the rooms. The location near ASDA was perfect for having home cooked meals on the go. Overall, it was what I was expecting for the space.

Did not meet expectations for bedroom - too small (could not get past the foot of the bed unless squeezing legs through), no pillow cases, only one pillow on the bed and had to reach for a spare which had a blood stain on it. No tea and coffee provided. No tea towel available for washing up. Minimal soap available. Had an awful smell of marijuana upon entrance.

The sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on and the pillow are very thin and you only get one each. And for some reason the kitchen knifes were hidden in a hairdryer bag in a cupboard/waredore near the front door.

The property was beautiful and well thought out. With the key codes everyone could come go when they liked and no one had to worry about who had the key or losing the key.

Nothing I didn't like, taxis and deliveries found it difficult to find so had to go out and meet them was the only thing but it wasn't an issue.

There are a few bits of general wear and tear damage throughout the apartment, but nothing that affects the guests at all. The pillows were quite flat, but fine as we were only there one night.

Location was really good. The apartment was small, especially the bedroom, but perfect for the one night we stayed. It was really clean, and easy to get into with door codes. Free parking was also a bonus.

The kitchen needs some better equipment for cooking that's missing e.g. oven trays; sieve/colander; chopping boards; and there was a loaf of bread left in one of the cupboards that was over a month out of date.

High quality furnishings and generally well equipped. A very comfortable stay and some high standard furnishings throughout the property. Good bathroom also. Good internet, good communication and easy check in / out . I really like this place.
