A really lovely hotel with beautiful rooms. We were upgraded to a Deluxe Room with spar bath, although we didnt use the bath. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of nice features. Staff were very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we checked out. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day! A little gem of a hotel!

Main shower head kept dripping had to really mess about with the taps to get it to stop as it was keeping me awake ( was in the ascot room )

Nothing, everything was perfectly fine. The fact that it was a little far to walk to the beach (30 mins) was on us for not doing the research.

Our room was on the ground floor and was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful

The cooked breakfast came to table before we had finished cereal - preferred it to be served after we had finished as it could go cold

Was cold couldn’t put rads on but no heat I get it’s only September but was cold just needed to take chill of Bedspread smelt unclean towel rail would not come I. No towel for morning shower was wet surely you should have 2 towels each carpet still not clean as stayed in same room 2 months ago

Decor was nice all throughout, and having a lounge to read the paper in, or having a drink in the well stocked bar was nice, and an alternative to staying in your bedroom.

Having to choose a slot for breakfast when you check-in is awkward as it sometimes depends on what you do the night before. The bar closed at 10 p.m. which is early but fair enough but we had to leave the lounge too when we were having a chat with some other guests we had met in the bar.

The room was spacious. The staff were superb, very friendly. Breakfast was excellent too with a good choice of options. Parking was easy and it's close to the beach too.

Our only wish was for a suitcase rack but that’s a minor in the bigger positive of the stunning hotel.

Scrumptious breakfast with brilliant catering for coeliac As is my husband.. spacious bathroom with walk-in shower with smellies , quality white bedding and towels, room was immaculate.

Gorgeous beautiful spacious room, stylish and comfortable lounge and bar, I appreciate being able to come in from my course in the evening and have a glass of wine at the bar or take it to my room. Easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of parking. Perfect thank you.

Could have done with a walkin shower as difficult for disabled to get into the bath to have a shower. Breakfast was not up to usually high standard. Fried eggs were overcooked (crispy !) Haveing to keep taking cups to the buffet to top up coffee was annoying

Mattress was far to soft for us so sleep was not great.

Room and bathroom were a fantastic size and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. The size and location of TV was a huge bonus. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely bar and coffee area. Beautiful hotel .
