We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe gate at front of property which used to be electrically operated but now jammed open projects into short driveway and makes turning vehicles very difficult. Since it is no longer in use, consideration might be made for its removal to allow easier turning.

A good sized property in good condition in a good location. Well equipped kitchen, with toiletries in the bathrooms and good supply of basics such as tea, coffee, milk, dishwasher tablets, wash cloths etc. would definitely recommend.

CanadaThe kitchen needs a coffee maker. Four guys having 2 cups of coffee every morning using a French press is time consuming and inefficient.
The lodge was exactly as described in the ad. Usually there are some unwanted surprises but not in this case. The bathrooms looked like they had just been renovated.

United KingdomNot enough good wine glasses , wifi wasn't working but we sorted that out. Also just a note for the maintenance people , the gutters are completely full of mud and weeds which may cause you future problems. And the window seals appear to be coming out on some windows which may cause you problems later .

Parking was great when we first arrived and managed to get 3 cars on the drive. The house was warm when we walked in and spotlessly clean. A well organised house with easy to follow directions of where everything was. The bedrooms were arranged as requested and very comfortable. For 8 men the 3 bathrooms made life easy when getting ready for golf and going out afterwards. Enough room in the lounge for all of us to sit around and a great addition of sky sports. A short walk into the town centre was easy to access and down hill on the way back from the pub. Everything was perfect for us as a group and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Kitchen, dining area and lounge were very spacious. Two of the bedrooms were en-suite which was a bonus.

United KingdomBed in the bedroom with dressing room had 7 slats on the floor and made left hand side of the bed very uncomfortable on the first night. We fixed it ourselves on the Saturday morning but whoever made the bed up must have seen this! Fire in lounge didn’t work. Couch in lounge only had one headrest that worked and therefore was quite uncomfortable.

Loved the location, so easy to walk everywhere. The house is huge and well equipped and had lovely toiletries in all of the bathrooms. Comfy beds and lots of space for everyone. We loved it and will definitely book again.
