The studio was immaculate. Can not fault for cleanliness and facilities. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy. Had the best sleep. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the communication was great. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Not much we didn’t like about this stay only thing I could comment on is the outdoor Carpark and garden areas could do with a little more maintenance otherwise zero complaints

Modern with all needs usb sockets-WiFi-great quality shower and good hairdryer provided, spotlessly clean, ideally located, tastefully decorated. Stayed for four nights great communication from booking- lead up to stay and during- we left something behind and very easy to contact and issue sorted immediately! 5 stars highly recommend.

Very local to everything, lots of car parking space if you are a driver. Perfect for short and long stays. The manager is lovely very accommodating highly recommend. Made my trip to Derby very easy. They provide amenities in the room, the room is exceptionally clean, with large beds and a dining area.

Wasn't anything really to not like. Minor suggestion would be bigger "kitchen" bin or a bin in bedroom also as we had to take bathroom bag for kitchen area as its only 2 tiny bins for 3 people over 2 days.

Everything was there to be liked, clean, spacious enough, quiet, brilliantly maintained. A+.

Nothing to not like.

This place is fantastic. It was super clean. Very modern. Everything was brand new. The bed was so comfy with plenty of pillows. A nice dark & quiet room so I had some really good sleep. The manager is very friendly and super helpful. I had an issue with the shower being to hot and unable to adjust the heat. The manager turned up within 10 minutes and swapped my room straight away. You won't be disappointed staying here.

On arrival initial impressions are very poor indeed. The vehicle entrance is not signposte.The grounds are completely overgrown and strewn with weeds There is no one in attendance , I had not received the entry code for the apartment and had to call the number given.It took nearly 15 minutes for the person to give me access to my building and apartment. There is no information left about Derby or surrounding area.No tourist maps or leaflets at all,No taxi numbers or public transpoty information.

The newly constructed apartments in 3 old buildings are of very high quality.There are 3 buildings containing 14 apartments. All the buildings are very recently full refurbished

Evidently it is a converted house where each room is set up as a studio. I was on my own, the other rooms were unoccupied and there is no human presence there to provide that reassuring feeling of safety.

It is quite close to the station and it is a functional studio with a small kitchenette.

Minor negatives to my stay are 1 No terrestrial or satellite TV - host advised to log into on demand apps via the TV 2 No small spoons or tin opener!! 3 Area seemed to be lacking in pubs or takeaway shops within walking distance - Thank you Just Eat

Upon arrival to the property I was a little taken aback by the exterior of the property but once inside (and obviously the most important part) the décor was simple but very clean with comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchen was equipped with the basics to make a hot drink but you may want to ensure you have your own milk & teabags if staying for more then a few days. The WIFI was very good too.
