You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIt was difficult to check out as there was nobody on reception & nowhere to safely leave your room keys either so we had to wait around a bit for somebody to show up. We weren't in any particular rush so it wasn't an issue really, we were just concerned we'd get charged for late check out if nobody had arrived. Also, the hotel refunded me & retook the money in the middle of the night which was very strange.
The rooms were clean & comfortable & all had fans, which was a nice unexpected extra. The staff we met were all very friendly & welcoming.

United KingdomI was in room 206, great room but could use with a mini fridge maybe, also for 2 people staying in the room we were only give 1 towel, I had to go to reception to get more. Also the shower tray has either sunk or not at the right angle, the water doesn’t go down the plug more like flows into the bathroom very quickly, and if you stand on the floor, the tiles move so insecure due to water damage by the shower

United KingdomThe bathroom light was really badly flickering constantly!!! Had to shower with light off as think it would have given me epilepsy t he way it was flickering! Informed reception but no maintenance to fix it until Monday, we were only staying Sat & Sunday! This is not ok and should be checked in advance

NetherlandsThe hotel itself cannot be blamed for this, but on the 2nd day of my stay there was a huge problem on the parking area. Cars couldn't leave, there was a huge traffic jam on the parking area and it took me one hour to even leave the parking area. Not sure if an accident happened just outside the area, but very inconvenient cause I had an appointment.
Nice hotel if you need to be in the Northern part of London, easy accessible from the Motorway M25 - parking included. Breakfast served next door, inside the "Welcome Services". Rooms are okay, including coffee and tea facilitities.
