We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt took me two goes to find the hotel within the motorway service area. I missed the signage the first time which may have been obvious for others. The dinner was of a standard one might expect from a motorway service stop. The food was attractively priced. I would have paid more to obtain a burger bun which tasted of bread rather than plastic. I am being a little unkind but I could not think of another way of describing the taste. I did not like having to enter my car registration three times. I did it when I checked online. I understood the second time when I used their computer system to register my details with presumably the service station. I did not understand why I then had to supply it again when I signed in with pen and paper.
I had not realised I was booking into a motorway service hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. Once I figured out how to obtain a comfortable water temperature, the ceiling shower unit was special. The breakfast was good value and better than my dinner. The minimal staff warmed up once one got to know them.

United KingdomOur room was cold and we understand it’s on a service station but we got woken up couple of times by lorry’s and people banging doors. There were also a couple of red stains on the carpet.
Clean and inviting from the outside and reception area. Staff were friendly. My husband had breakfast and he said it was nice. Bed was comfy. Value for money.

United KingdomAs we were travelling with 2 under 2 year old and the travel time was 3 hours plus I did request an earlier check in. We arrived half 2pm but weee required to pay £10 to check in half hour earlier. Lucky for us due to the location the services were just a few minutes walk so we fed and killed some time there instead.
Did not request this but both travel cots were already set up upon arrival. Did not use the gym but it appeared to be really small but all other facilities were fantastic.
