What’s not to like?

Immaculate apartment, excellent location, right in town, but tucked away and quiet. Parking space a definite bonus. We were running late, but all ok. Lovely host showed us around. Comfy beds, slept like logs. We’ll be back.

Fantastic location right in the middle of Tavistock. Really appreciated the parking space and opportunity to extend after the 11 o’clock leave time. Modern , lovely decor., comfortable , with everything I needed .

It was a lovely apartment right in the centre of Tavistock with private parking which is a bonus. Nice and clean with everything you need. Owners were lovely and showed us where things were. We would definitely book again.

This is an outstanding apartment, ideal for a couple either on business or leisure. Everything you could wish for in terms of cleanliness, facilities and general space, you can’t go wrong here. The location is very convenient, right bang in the middle of this picturesque Devon market town. If you find yourself staying in this area, you can’t really wish for a better base camp. It’s got everything and more. The owners, Claire & Richard are incredibly accommodating and I can’t recommend it enough. Probably the prime place for an away break in the whole of Tavistock. You will not be disappointed.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. It's in a great location just off the high street with lots of shop's and restaurants in close walking distance. Great wifi. Excellent communication with charming owner. Private parking at front doir.

There were lovely little extra touches (flowers, tea, coffee, biscottis, cold water in the fridge), plus generous supply of disposables (hand soaps, washing up liquid, kitchen towels etc), all of which made this scrupulously clean, wonderfully comfortable, well equipped apartment, a great choice. The one parking space outside the apartment meant that I could leave the car there and easily walk around Tavistock. There are shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and a supermarket within just stepping distance. There are interesting green spaces in the town along the river, although a short drive takes you up onto the moor with plenty of hiking access. If I had to highlight one thing about this apartment then I'd find it hard to choose between the good night sleep afforded by the very comfortable twin beds, or how very clean and thoughtfully laid out everything was.

Plug in air fresheners were troublesome as I have asthma, but we're able to be switched off. Scented candles affect my breathing less.

Able to come and go as we pleased. Room for Christmas wrapping and sewing. Felt festive - lights and ornaments were a nice personal touch.
