I can't think of anything that I didn't like! I was able to hear some movement from upstairs in the morning but as I needed to be up anyway, it wasn't a problem.

Communication with Dana was great, she sent really clear instructions to get to the property that even I (a directionally-inept individual) was able to follow with ease. The property itself is compact but has everything necessary including facilities to make drinks. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is situated away from main roads so I had no trouble getting an early night before a 9am flight. Buses run from nearby bus stops very regularly to Gatwick Airport and only take around 10-15 minutes.

The pillows were more on the soft side for me, however with the cushions available, it provided the adequate level of comfort required.

The host was extremely helpful at all times. Very pleasant to deal with and their communication was quick, helpful and friendly.

Bathroom, particularly the shower, was quite small, my partner felt the shower enclosure needed to be a bigger size. As on ground floor, could hear movement above both late at night and early morning, not great for a light sleeper.

Self contained accommodation, nice to have tea & coffee facilities provided. Fine for a one night stop near Gatwick. Good communication from host to locate property.

Clean, quiet & safe. Easy transfer from Gatwick North, bus stop number 9, the 100 bus. Took around 15 mins & was £2. Bus stop literally 5 mins walk to the property & run approx every 20 mins.

Everything was perfect so I have nothing to say. It’s 10-15 minutes walk from the station, which was fine for me but worth bearing in mind if you are coming with a lot of luggage.

The property was recently renovated, attractively furnished and super clean. The free toiletries, water, tea and coffee were a nice and unexpected touch. The host was communicative and easy to reach. Perfect for a quick stay.

The property is not soundproof. The people upstairs throw parties on most nights, some going until 3am. Music, screaming, running, and even full conversations can be heard while inside.

The property and location are great. There's a convenience store around the corner, and it's within walking distance of the town. Perfect "lock up and go" property. The owner was great and hospitable. I loved the extra touches like dishwashing liquid and a sponge to wash your dishes and extra cutlery being available. Wifi connection was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern, comfy, more than adequate in providing the “little” things, like water in fridge, toiletries, etc. Quick responses to questions asked. Amazing shower! Perfect for us, who enjoyed the break after our overnight flight. Yea, coffee, available in room.

We spent a night before departing from Gatwick airport. The location was very convenient, communication was excellent, and transportation to Gatwick was easy. This room is exactly what one needs when in search of convenient accommodation before travelling.

The shower is not too convenient for me as a tall man. Too much noise from the upstairs. The room is not spacious like a hotel room. Dana guest suite is somebody’s sitting room converted into a small room and a shower. My expectations were not met and the room was very expensive which did not give value for my money.

You can literally hear every word from the owner (or just a neighbor) living on the other side of the paper wall that separates you from them. But the main problem is getting there from the airport (in case you use the place as an overnight between connecting flights). The taxi/uber is around 20 pounds one way for 5 minute ride which ads quite a bit to the value and it's not a budget place to stay anymore. It's absolutely not the owner's fault, but it's something that's good to know before you book the place.

The place was clean and bathroom is nice as well as the tea selection.
