I chose a bed close to the window, for that I heard a lot of noise come from the street.

The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is nice.

Shower water is not warm enough, probably need to fix nozzle and drain. It's a bit noisy at night cause there's a bar under the dorm. And some bed no curtain so if your roomates come back late, kind of disruption.

Good location can walk to tourist attractions within 10-20min, and close to shopping centre so it's easy to find everthing you need.

Kitchen needs a deep clean, everything felt a bit grimy. It is noisey! To be expected being in the centre of town, you can hear bars and clubs blasting music and people hooning down the street. Didn’t bother me but would bother a light sleeper. Pods would be better if they had some kind of curtain you could pull across.

Really well located in the centre of Swansea. Lounge is great, projector with Netflix was awesome and the kitchen has everything you need. Liked the pods in the dorm room, the layout of the 12 bed female dorm room ensured maximum privacy! Staff were super lovely and helpful :)

Location is good just problem are clubs on the other side of the road on another street with loud music (very loud), my ideal location would be mumbles or waterfront. Maybe I wasnt lucky but in the hostel were some grumpy guests who didn't know what is a concept of hostel: one lady was shouting on another guests in a dorm just because of using bathroom too long (altough there are two bathrooms in dorm) and another man with shopping trolley was extremely unspleasant with his comments.

Nice hostel with a bit different interior design and this makes the hostel special. That kind of hostel would be very expensive in other European tourist cities. So price is win win.

Like u are paying for every stupid thing like toothbrush 3£,toothpaste as well, towel, locker under bed... Kitchen has opening time. We didnt find free parking anywhere.

I really like u can check in anytime, people are helpful, flexible. Its opened all day and night, just kitchen isnt available anytime so as we left earlier wasnt posible get in. All was clean, nice, comfy. Worth for that money! We were lucky we had couple people in our room. Bathrooms are in room so its perfect.

The hostel is located in the city centre, close to shops, bars and groceries. It is very quiet at night (I stayed in a private room). The heat rail in the bathroom is really useful.

No ventilation in dorm toilets nor a mop provided. The eight cooker hobs sit together and with only one sink it is very crowded. Hobs are slow to heat and are not cleaned properly. Noisy metal lockers beneath bed. Six of the dorm beds were pods.

The rates for a single room are similar to 3 star hotels in the area. There was poor ventilation in the room even with window open. Mould in shower. No vending machines to buy coffee, tea or even a bottle of water.

Location was ideal. Security. Upper level. I booked a single room with private bathroom.

There are lots of homeless people staying there which made my friends a bit uncomfortable.

There is no outside space, which makes me feel claustrophobic, and I really only slept there. It was very hot in the dorm- there was a fan that didn't reach to my bed, but was very noisy, so made me feel even more claustrophobic. The power socket needs a shelf underneath it, and it was impossible to balance phones and chargers on anything, which meant they fell out at night /didn't charge. One male staff came in to the female dorm, trying to change bed sheets just when I was getting dressed. He said he knocked but no one could hear it with the noisy fan on. Please wait until after check- out time next time please
