To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

For a hotel that has a huge number of rooms, the breakfast very well organised and we didn't have to wait at all. The location is very close to Hyde Park and Buckingham palace. Sightseeing buses run close to the venue. Heaps of restaurants and shopping around.

The decor - modern and quirky. Staff very attentive and friendly. Comfy bed and great room size for London. Great location, right by Marble Arch tube station, top end of Oxford Street and plenty of amenities surrounding the hotel. Easy to get a taxi to go further afield.

Beautifully decorated hotel in a great central location. Check-in staff were fantastic, very attentive. We enjoyed bottomless brunch at the restaurant which was lovely. Room was a good size, comfy and easy to find. I wasn't too keen on the glass bathroom door which was not up to cleanliness standards.

IrelandThe front desk told us he upgraded us to the best room they had and then when we arrived to the room it was just the room we booked. We didn’t care if we would get an upgrade or not but not point saying it and then it didn’t happen.
The property is in a brilliant location and is right beside a tube station. Turn down service was a nice touch. More sign posts needed when it comes to the elevator and how that works

Excellent location with great bar and party vibe on the ground floor. Room was very large by London standards and breakfast was varied and good quality. Happy hour cocktails were also good value.

United KingdomThere is a smell in reception area. Smells like drains or really bad breath. It’s rather strong! This smell is also present on the 6th floor where our room was located. HOWEVER the room did not smell like this and was fresh and clean. The smell was only identifiable in communal areas.
Rooms were spacious, clean. Lots of tea coffee milk and water in the fridge. Bathroom was clean and offered shampoo body wash etc. staff went out of their way to assist and the check in process was swift and well managed. All facilities were explained thoroughly. Even got walked to lifts and had the lift calling service explained. Beds were comfy and so were the pillows.
