This particular room was not suitable for people with mobility issues as it was 4th floor with stairs. No problem for us.

The room was very comfortable. Small kitchen and all basic items required for quick breakfast and coffee.

The only negative for me and my partner were the stairs. We found it very difficult.

Everything was fine the room was nice. I like the facilities within the apartment.

Looked better at the pictures, bathroom old , electric shower, bed and mattress needs upgrading too . Flat meets all basic needs unfortunately wasn’t anything special.

Expensive for what it is, but probably reasonable as it's Brighton and everywhere is a rip off. Communal hallway was manky and needs decorating - every apartment looked like they are owned by same people so can sort that out. Shower woeful and should be updated to actually provide hot water, not the first to say this and no you couldn't 'fix' it before we left as only one night stay. .

Good location but not much more to say good about it Seemed clean ISH apart from black mould in shower & dirty towels on back of bathroom door and someone had tried to muzzle the smoke detector shows cleaning is not in depth

Great location for sea front , pubs & restaurants. Little kitchen area was ideal for us. Nice shower and tv easy to use .

We felt there should have been salt and pepper in the kitchen (we left the ones we bought for the next people!) also a washing up brush. Only one window could open. Shower leaked.

Lovely layout with comfortable bed. Loved there was a fan. Fab location.

Quite a strong smell of weed smoking at times coming from somewhere. Seemed more noticeable in the bathroom for some reason! Blind in the kitchen doesn't really provide much in the way of blocking out the light so makes the room quite light in the morning. Seems to be a lively area at night, so quite a bit of noise from out on the streets at times.

Great location and very close to the seafront and town. Small shop just around the corner for essentials. The building is quiet on an evening. Room well presented and spacious Helpful host when we had difficulty getting in on arrival and was resolved quickly.

Nothing. It is a lot of stairs if you are unfit but they were no bother at all.

The room a big and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice little kitchen too, perfect for longer stays. There is a really nice cafe for breakfast two doors away.

The four flights of stairs up to the room are narrow and dark (I fell) and unfortunately there were bits of toilet on the landings. The room itself has a few things that need freshening up - the old heater, the painting on the cupboard doors, the shower tray.

Bedroom area modern and tidy. Room clean and comfortable. Spacious for two people. Handy to have a kitchenette which had all the bits we needed Toiletries a bonus. Location was great right by the beach, in a nice quiet and safe street. Easy walk to town.

It definitely needs a new shower room. There were loose tiles round the shower tray the water in the shower struggled to drain away and the sink taps need new washers.

being on the top floor it was very warm overnight - a fan would be great!

great location near the beach and some great cafes, responsive host, very easy check in, nicely decorated room. a few people have commented about the stairs but this is to be expected in this style of housing in the UK! if you want views & no neighbours above you, go to the top floor!

Bathroom is quite small and the shower had seen better days. Apartment is up 55 steps and the staircase is quite narrow. Not a problem for us but worth noting.

Sweet little apartment a short stroll from the centre of Brighton. Perfect for a short break. Great cafe two doors down serving breakfast. Parking permits supplied for road outside.

A lovely hidden apartment located at the top of a communal building. Clean, comfy & all the facilities we needed. Ideal location for us. Well decorated. Perfect communication from the Host. I will stay here again. I’ve noticed others comment on it being a communal building which we did not find an issue & I personally think was presentable enough compared to others you’d find in Brighton. Yes, theres lots of stairs to access, it is called Crows Nest after all lol, but once through the door theres a real homely feel & is very well presented. If you know Brighton & understand its a Green city with its parking, & that walking is part of the culture to discover the best gems, & theres a beautiful mix of people at every turn then this is a good place to stay. If you’re new to the city & prefer your creature comforts you might be better suited to a chain hotel.
