Perfect location for one night before flight. Not too far from the train station to walk to. Breakfast was very good. You can get a shuttle but it's not free.

Our room was cold, we couldn't get any heat out of the AC/heater.

Ideal location within walking distance from terminal ! Manchester airport. No problem with late check in, plus provided with toothbrush/paste as our case was delayed. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, very good breakfast selection.

Not a major complaint but we didn’t get the early morning call which we had requested.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and was very impressed to see the recent refurb. It’s very modern, stylish and in a perfect location for an early morning flight. Very good restaurant, and lovely staff.

Why of why have they not taken the opportunity to get rid of the baths and install walk in showers when they refitted. The bathroom is no bigger than Premier and Travelodge although does look flashier. However the room we had was a very high sided bath which I struggled to access and I am tall. The surround to the small wash basin was crammed with large soap, hand cream, tissue box, glasses and other items. Very badly thought out!

There was no hot water for a bath. I was looking forward to a soak after a long journey, so this was the only disappointment.

The room was lovely. I appreciated the space and the great bed, big TV, bottled water, tea facilities. Organising an airport shuttle was easy.

Checked into room but builders were in room above so drilling and banging continue for 90 minutes. Don’t think that room should have been given to guests with such disruption.

Dark room, we arrived at midnight and all they have is side lamps, there is no main light so it felt very dark. Reception were given feedback. Would stay again due to the location

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night and for just a few hours after flying in late so we didn''t have a chance to try the bar or restaurant. Room was satisfactory (416) it's a dark room and the water pressure was poor but other than that it was fine.

As directed, on arrival back in to Manchester Airport, we headed to the bus-stops / collection point outside the airport for Hotel transfers. It was only after a significant wait and a number of phone calls, we were made aware that there was no "Hotel Transfer" shuttles being operated for Crowne Plaza, unlike all of your competitors. We ended up having to walk from the airport to the hotel, with 3 suitcases which did not get us off to a good start. On top of that, our hotel transfer (to the railway station) the following morning through CPP Shuttle never turned up, despite receiving a text message at 9.25 confirming driver was about a minute away? We ended up setting off on foot again at approx. 9.45 due to having a train to catch at 10.04

Got off to a bad start to to lack of communication / lack of Airport transfer facility, but member of staff (Chris / Christopher) handled the matter extremely well and worthy of special note for his attitude in dealing with our complaint.

Hotel difficult to get to by foot from train stations. Slow service in restaurant in evening. Poor lighting in room at night. Had to use an external provider for shuttle which was expensive for the journey to to Terminal 2.

It's a transient occupancy so a little noise comes with those movements. That is beyond the control of the Hotel.

The best thing was the calm and relaxing bar and restaurant areas, just what's needed at the start of a special holiday. Thank you.

All done though it would be useful to have prior warning about transport to and from airport. The hotel no longer have their own bus but use a private company which are excellent but need to be booked.
