The aircon was out due to refurbishments but the we the staff were lovely and gave us fans that did the job!

Close to airport .bus 500 x is half an hour into town .shops and places to eat across the road .Great gym and swimming pool next door .lovely place and staff are all friendly would stay again .it was a lovely place and a great city

The hotel was a bit hot including the rooms. The AC did not work in our room however when we informed the reception they gave us a little fan. The rooms were booked as a disabled room however a bathtub was available instead of a walk in shower which made it difficult fornthe person to get washed.

The location is excellent, close to the airport and opposite a shopping complex.

The vegan breakfast wasn't there other than a vegan sausage. The breakfast buffet wasn't particularly warm. The dinner menu was rather small in offerings. We tried to cool the room down following the instructions set out above but it turned the temperature up,not down.

The cleanliness of the room and the staff couldn't do enough for you.

The TV channel selection was shocking we had 3 channels Breakfast was a bit cold

The staff were very helpful and friendly the hotel was nice and it was handy to get buses in and out of the city.

AC not working and made room hotter. Known problem and staff provided fan and shut off AC which was perfect. No conditioner in shower and had forgotten my own. Really frustrating no plugs at bed. Usb ports but things have moved on t o usbc Reed diffuser in bathroom but empty and looked forgotten about. Some stays we get biscuits and kitkats and others nothing.

Staff were amazing as always. So helpful and so normal and nice. Quiet hotel and staff accommodated us by getting us a quiet room

There weren't enough staff on duty for room service. Where my suite was located had high traffic and I could hear people talking in the corridor. With consideration of how big my room was I wouldn't have thought I should have that issue.

Location was great. Right across the street I had access to the a retail park that had a cinema, Nandos, Waga mama and other restaurants as well as shops (Pondland, River Island, New Look, Marks and Spencer etc). There was an issue with the AC in my room and the staff were quick to address the issue. They upgraded my room to a suite which had a bigger bed. As someone with chronic back problems, I appreciated the king sized bed and more space to move around.

The room got really warm at night had to sleep with window open as air con wasn't effective Both mornings at breakfast we were seated and then forgotten about When we eventually had breakfast it was very good...I would suggest having one person dedicated to seating guests and the others taking orders..

On my 2nd day when I came back at night the door to my room was open and not closed and not locked. Luckily all my personal belongings were still there. The cleaning stuff must have left the door unlocked and wide open which was very unpleasant.

Elizabeth is so good with guests. Such a bubbly person and she made sure that I was in a good room. Breakfast was very good and very English and I likes it.
