Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IcelandWe had a slight problem with a beeping sound (we were next to an exit) The staff offered to make another room ready for us, but since it was late and our son had fallen asleep, we chose not to move at that point. It was our dicission to stay. We got to move the next day. Our son had a birthday that we mentioned to the staff (to make a conversation) and when we got to our room, there were balloons and candy for the boy. That was a nice surprise :)

AustraliaThe squashed bug next to the mirror in the bathroom that remained there throughout are stay ,no linen change although we were there for 6 nights,
Breakfast was very good ,as able to order eggs the way we like them ,liked the fresh fruit and cold meats,only criticism would be ,a lot of the time cold cuts were not topped up so had to ask for them ,staff were very accomodating ,Val took great pride in her work and nothing was too much trouble ,access to the David Lloyd was my absolute favourite ,gym was fantastic and adult only swim times just perfect,loved the proximity of the hotel to this facility,making fresh towels and locker keys available was an added bonus ,basically booked this property ,because it provided access to a 25 metre indoor pool and a 20 metre outdoor pool and use of the gym,apparently it is getting a re- vamp in the next 3 months(David -Lloyd)

Room are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is old and slightly dated, but is very comfortable and convenient. Location is fantastic and opposite is a shopping estate with many large shops and restaurants. Access to David Lloyd is included, which is great.
