The host , they were a great team. So warm and welcoming. Guest house very clean , you could tell lots of thought goes into the needs of the guest. Room was so comfortable and clean. Breakfast was done to order , well prepared. Could not have asked for more

Everything was perfect nothing to dislike

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Owners very welcoming and friendly and go the extra mile to help. Lovely breakfast. No extra charges for car parking. Really enjoyed my stay. Would defintely stay here again if visiting Cheltenham. Very close to town centre, 5 minutes walk but just far enough away for a quieter stay.

Excellent B&B with all the facilities I could have needed. Mark and Lyndsay were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the location was ideal for me. Excellent value for money. Would have been very happy to stay longer. Highly recommended.

A lovely guest house in an excellent location - central but a quiet area. The breakfast was very tasty and a lot of choice. The room had been thoughtfully set out and had everything I needed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely like to stay again.

Excellent proximity to all facilities in the town centre. Good choice of breakfast and all areas very clean, room and bed comfortable and featured many extras ie, choice of teas, coffee, biscuits and toiletries provided. Water on tap, very thoughtful.

Nothing to not like - everything spot on.

Lovely welcoming hosts, spotless large airy room with an exceptionally comfy bed. Had a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast in the morning was piping hot and cooked perfectly. They truly thought of everything, from extra heaters in the room to plentiful tea making facilities. Wonderful location, would highly recommend and definitely stay with them again.

Very high standard of a guest house. Hosts were outstanding, stay was very comfortable and breakfast was expertly prepared and presented.

Nothing I can think of except parking, however that was no in their domain and we had free parking on the street for our stay, when we could find space.

Very comfortable firm bed, slept very well. Good food well cooked. Very friendly people; nothing was too much trouble.

The room was luvly and big and they pro idea an extra heater incase. Everything you needed was in room and clean.The breakfast was lovely and the hosts were too and really helpful and helped us pick somewhere to go on way home they got good knowledge secure parking also behind gates.

Nothing , really . Crossways is a traditional B&B that provides a more homely and personal welcome than larger hotels, at a reasonable price , hence is popular and often booked , so I would advise visitors to book in advance to avoid disappointment .

Crossways is located a few minutes walk from the town centre , with it's wealth of restaurants and bars as well as the shopping experience on the Promenade Parking can be arranged , so no worries about leaving cars The hotel has had some refurbishment work since I last stayed and the room , e/s bathroom , common areas and kitchen are immaculate and spotless The breakfast choice is extensive and covers all options from a traditional English to a variety of continental choices with vegan options included

Shared bathroom, but not a major issue really.

Home from home vibe. Comfortable room with sink and toiletries included. They really thought of everything! Bath robe & slippers included as the bathroom was shared. Great location. Parking was ok. They provided a permit for me. Breakfast was delicious & they provided gluten free full breakfast with toast. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the house for one night. Mark and Lindsay,the housemaster and mastress were great, their hospitality and friendliness made us feel like we were at home. They considerately arranged a single room for our teenager kid without any extra charge. Also, the breakfast was great, especially the home-baked croissant . We hope we will come here again.
