It was a little dirty in the apartment, with splashed on the wall and a few toe nail clippings on the floor that were not from us but we looked past all that! The front room could benefit from maybe a little ottoman or footstool so you can out your feet up while watching TV at night but otherwise we really enjoyed out stay!

The location was brilliant it was half way between everywhere we wanted to go and the information pack was really useful for if we wanted to do anything else in the area. It was really helpful to have free parking as it meant sometimes if where we wanted was close by we could get a taxi instead of me taking the car so I could enjoy the day.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and single bedroom lamp needs attention as wobbly. But everything else great.

The shower was a bath shower which caused excessive water on the floor. However, small gripe against lots of positives.

Very easy check in with clear instructions for getting the key. The apartments are well thought out, everything you need is in the apartment and a parking space is a huge bonus. WiFi was super fast which is often sluggish in a hotel. And the place was really clean, can't fault a thing.

The Netflix on the TV set didn't connect to the internet at first, although it did suddenly start working later so it wasn't a big deal.

It was perfect, very comfortable, easily adjustable heating, very good layout, straightforward to park and check in, good kitchen facilities, staff were available and friendly over the phone. It was brilliant and I would recommend to others.

We had an apartment facing the road and the bedroom only had venetian blinds. Would have been better with curtains to keep out the street light better. On a personal level bed was nice and comfy but mattress was a bit to firm for my liking..

When we had to be in Stafford October 2022, we stayed in this property for 2 nights and were so impressed, when we had to be in the area again this year, we booked for 3 nights. This gave us the chance to explore the area a bit more.

The flat was perfect in every way (but didn't have cheese grater) other than that I can not complain about a thing. If anyone is going to the area I would highly recommend as the apartment is perfect for what you pay. And was exactly as advertised.

I don't think that I had any issues whatsoever. I think at one point, the electricity may have cut or the breaker chipped, and that was easily resolved by the flick of the break switch. Ummm, also because I always love cooking. I would have wished the fridge was bigger, bus that is a personal preference. The mini fridge that they have was ideal and perfect for 1 or 2 people that would stay there. The only issue that I had was that when the breaker chipped, it damaged the washing machine, which I could no longer get use, but once again Kate found a solution by allowing me to use a vacant apartment's machine to be able to wash my clothing. My only suggestion is that whenever someone is staying for a longer period of time at the apartment, because they do not want you to wash their linens, to have an extra set of bed clothing to change on the bed. But other than that, i had no issues whatsoever!!

My stay at Cross Court was absolutely great. I am so pleased by how amazing the facility was, and I have no complaints. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I stayed at the apartment for 16 days, visiting my daughters who live in the area. The bus transportation was literally right there. I would catch the bus, and it would pick me up and drop me off right in front of the apartment. It is definitely an ideal place to stay. Close to town, everything! It had everything I needed. Cooking utensils, pots, everything. Stores were close to purchasing food, the town area, stores, everywhere that I needed to go and be was quite close just by a bus ride. The people in stafford that i encountered were so friendly and nice, I mean the full works. If I had any issues or questions, Kate was a great help. No matter what the situation was, she always gave a solution, and she made it work and had an answer for the issues no matter what time of the day it was. I would be sitting here again once there is availability because I was so pleased. I am quite particular about places and where I am to rest my head, but this please was absolutely superb. For my first visit to the UK, my first visit was wonderful because staying at Cross Court was the best choice. Thank you for having me.
