Busy road at front, but it didn't effect sleeping.

Everything. Iain and Anna made us so welcome and the homemade brownies and biscuits were delicious. The room had a Victorian theme full of interesting objects. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was a short walk to some bars and restaurants and slightly longer up to the cathedral and castle. Breakfast was delicious too with homemade preserves. Staying here was a lovely, memorable experience

Great location with free parking on the roads behind and around the guest house, and is an easy walk into town. Iain and Anna are warm and friendly and provide a lovely breakfast with great choices and good conversation.

The breakfast was of very high quality and variety. It contained toast with a selection of jams and marmalades, cuts of cold meat and cheeses, cereals, yogurt and fruit.

No issues at all, we are somewhat leery of B&Bs but this one was exceptional. No parking on site but no issues parking around the corner on the street.

The owners Iain and Anna were wonderful hosts, fresh home made breakfast options, very friendly, the Victoria room was beautiful with many extra touches of eclectic nicknacks, nice back yard for relaxing, walking to nice restaurants (we ate at Thai Marina)

Anna and Iain were so incredibly welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us and they made us feel like friends rather than guests. There were snacks and refreshments available 24/7, the beds were really soft and comfortable, the rooms spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely and the homemade oatie biscuits and brownies were delicious! Will recommend this lovely guest house to all our friends and family, and we will definitely visit again. Our 12 year old didn't want to leave!

Hard to fault but perhaps parking cars in the nearby streets might be problematic in some cases? That said this was no problem for us and we were able to easily find safe and near parking on each of our 3 night stay

The hosts Iain and Anna were very welcoming and nothing to help was too much trouble. The bedroom was very clean when we arrived and the breakfast room was very clean, we never requested room service. Only a continental type breakfast was available but this proved more than sufficient for our needs.

Nothing - it was a brilliant stay.

We were very impressed - the room was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail with all of the antiques and curiosities was wonderful. Hosts were as friendly as you could ever expect. Continental breakfast was very nice with homemade jams.
