we stayed 2 minutes from the main property but it was close to the main road so very noisy, the toilet seat was broken and the prices for the drinks have grown up a great deal….. not as good as our first stay for the money we paid.

The room lights didn’t get any brighter than a dim which made is difficult to get ready for dinner. And when you turns the lights of completely there was a light under the bedside table that we couldn’t turn off.

Everyone was very friendly and the whole hotel is beautiful.

The lighting was very very dim My green tea tasted like coffee using the hot water from the coffee machine!

There is very little indoor room to rest and relax other than a small bar area. The outdoor areas will be lovely in the warmer weather, and they did have outdoor heaters - however they had handymen/builders doing work so wasn't the most relaxing experience.

The staff are lovely and the food was great. When we upgraded our room, this was fabulous but do feel this is alot of money for just a room, and not alot of indoor areas to enjoy.

room so dark on an evening made very difficult to get ready or do much of anything. charging points too far from bed (can’t go on phone in bed) restaurant very small and hot!

Hotel was lovely. Disappointed that a premium hotel like this having made a mistake in the restaurant (which of course can happen) served a pretty average at best breakfast and still expected us to pay for it. Took a bit of the shine off after a lovely stay

the lighting wasn’t great in our suite. couldn’t do my makeup well. the walk in shower flooded into the rest of the bathroom. bulbs needed changing. the rooms were not very soundproof. had a couple arguing next to us for 3 hours solid which ruined our night.

the staff were very lovely and extremely accommodating. the decor was beautiful. the food was amazing. we ate in the Thai restaurant.

The rooms were overall very tired looking and not as amazing as I truly thought! The the tap from the ceiling was mouldy and had a smell, the soap dispensers in the room were falling off the wall and the mirror walls were tarnish to the point of not being able to see in them! The jacuzzi was not working in the bath either!

The reception staff were amazing, there was a lash with blonde hair that look us to our room and was truly amazing!

The restaurant! Poor quality food and massively overpriced!! Drunken idiot causing trouble in the early hours, waking us and everyone else in the building up; I confronted him and after he attempted to attack me with a bottle, shoved him away from our room - the manager then singled my partner and I out at breakfast, making us sit in the bar away from everyone else, despite numerous other guests confirming that we were not the ones at fault. Heating in the room was uncontrollable, made sleeping very difficult! Worst of all, after the manager in question confirmed that we were the innocent party, not so much as an apology!

Clean, welcoming, Susan on reception was lovely and went above and beyond!

thought the whole hotel was disappointing, not what i expected. Was let down on staff adding something to the room for a birthday, wasn't particularly clean, staff weren't very helpful. Just overall disappointing.

Only a couple of staff was up to standard I feel for the money I paid expecting a 5star treatment, the venue was not what I was expecting felt more like a air bnb as was set away from the place also the room you can see was probably exceptional when first done but our room was tired felt.

The room wasn’t very clean and was so small for the price. Disappointed with the lack of furniture, didn’t even have a bedside table. For what we paid the wet room was uncomfortable. Highly disappointed. After a day of travelling there was no room in the room for our suitcase. No where to get ready. Couldn’t even make a cup of tea in the room.

The restaurant was amazing, very good food. Staff were very friendly.

Customer service non existent, the hotel flooded and at 2 am we were woken up by the hotel manager who was great in the way he dealt with the situation. We left and were told that we would be contacted the next day to sort out some kind of refund for the break being cut short. We have heard nothing since, despite us calling the hotel multiple times, most calls to unanswered but when they do answer we get the same response of the manager isn’t in at the moment but someone will call you back. Nearly a month later and we’ve had to resort to attempting a charge back through our credit card company.

distance from the crazy bear and cleanliness of the room. wardrobe door didn’t close wiring hanging out of wall , jacuzzi bath which we were told wasn’t a jacuzzi bath didn’t work . mould on wall in bathroom the list goes on .
