The only thing was the code for the door did nt work n no trade button on door, lucky the cleaner was near the door they let us in, n when got back at night lucky they was some one there to let us back in,

The flush didn’t work properly, the wifi didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, and the building was covered in scaffolding which ruined the view and wasn’t advertised.

It was nice and clean also close to he city centre

The facilities offered were good. The toilet flush was terrible, you needed an instruction manual. A serviceman came to look at this and said some parts within the cistern in the wall were rusted

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment. The only shame was that the parking wasn't open as would have been alot easier but it was only a 5minute walk to the other parking

Three balcony doors can not be locked and the building is under construction , people can enter the apartment easily , we felt not safe . There was no TV and internet , the TV power has un-pluged . The Wifi SSID can not be found according to the router label , there is no instruction how to access the Wifi. We had tried similar SSID with router label password , finally we failed. There is no reminder , the parking is under construction when I booked it , I got an email for parking unavailable before a day to move in.

The building is undergoing renovations on the outside. They were literally using a jack hammer on the outside of the building, (not just on ground level), they were removing the cladding on the outside of the building. This started at 7am and was a really loud and intense noise. I've lived through home renovations and lived in cities all my life, so I'm used to noise - but this was unbearable; we had to leave the apartment as soon as we could. They didn't supply any t-bags, coffee, milk or anything like that - such a small thing, but we all need a cup of tea or coffee first thing in the morning! Particularly when you get woken up at 7am from that noise!

The apartment was large and well appointed. It had all the basics covered. It was a great location close to the city center and the arena. Spacious living and kitchen area with large picture windows overlooking the city.

We had to close all curtains as workmen were behind the windows in the morning but we were advised about that beforehand and things need doing so not a big deal.

We didnt have breakfast so cant say about that. We needed to stay close to ice arena because of competition next morning. This apartment could suit better for a longer stay as it was lovely and had all one could need: living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, lots of space in cupboards and all appliances which you cant get in lots of hotels. We didnt need them though as our time there was not long enough.

A deluge of emails about check in and key pick up that could have been so much better and less confusing, I think I had 10 emails about it when one would have done. This property is sound and in a good location but let down by poor attention to the basics which would have resulted in a nicer stay. The WiFi was a 4G dongle that didnt work, neither my iPhone nor iPad, nor others in my group, could find or connect to it. All of the windows are sealed shut so there is no fresh air, some of the windows are loose and have been sealed with duck tape. The TV was stuck on Spanish. There were no, or dreadfully insufficient, basic supplies. The kitchenette had a dribble of washing up liquid that made it virtually impossible to wash up, the lack of a plug in the sink made that worse. There was no supplied shampoo or shower gel, I had to make do with what was left in a hand soap bottle. I dont mind bringing or buying supplies if I am there a week but for one night it seems silly. All of the plug sockets were bizarrely hidden behind furniture and inaccessible for charging devices unless a bed or wardrobe was moved. Odd stains here and there and some petty damage to furnishings that should have been repaired - it just made it look tatty. There is no car park, the nearest NCP one is a good 10 min walk away which is fine if you dont have luggage. The outside of the apartment unit is being refurbished, there is scaffolding covering what would have been a view and workmen will appear from 9am onwards making noise and staring in your bedroom windows. On arrival there was enough hot water for 1 person to have a shower, then it went cold. In the morning the water was still cold and I had to boil the kettle for a basin wash as the boost system simply takes too long to wait for the hot water.

A roomy property with potentially nice views over the city, good location.

The numbers had worn off the oven so had to guess when cooking the dinner , and the previous tennant had left 7 opened cans of Stella in one of the drawers in the bedroom with the en-suite . I got rid of them and luckily I had some wipes with me to clean up

The flat was very light and roomy . It was well presented and had everything we needed . Great location for night out in city centre

Stylish clean and modern apartment with stunning views. Easy to access keys to self check in and out. Definitely be using again. Loved it.

The bath didn't work right

I loved the decore of the whole apartment the furniture was nice and the bed was very comfy and the kitchen was nice and everything in the apartment was cleaned to a very high standard ant the place was a amazing I would definitely recommend Cranbrook apartments to everyone and Connie was very polite and helpful when I asked her questions about how to access the apartment

Parking is advertised but this is limited. This is not clear before booking so I was left with a £50 bill for parking. The accommodation blame booking.com and booking.com blame apartments.

Lovely apartment, spotless, very nice. Bed a little hard for me as we're the pillows but that's just personal preference. View was fantastic. 5 minutes to arena. Lovely. Easy to find and gain entrance as well.

There was no plug for the kitchen sink. Which made washing up rather difficult. And the plug in the bathroom sink was not entirely effective. But what really marred my visit was being woken up in the small hours on BOTH nights by the fire alarm going off.

The location is excellent. Right in the heart of Nottingham. The facilities were generally very good. The apartment is certainly comfortable.
