The apartment was amazing! Very comfy bed and excellent facilities. The TV, gold bath and views were an added bonus that went down well with the whole family 😊

A few more instructions in the flat such as how to use the tech--induction hob, for example, thermostat. But the staff were accommodating when I called. A mat at the patio door would keep water out-- as the floors are marbleized, there was a lot of water tracked in very easily from the use of the patio after a rain. The parking situation is very challenging. You either have to park up the hill or look further afield. The flat is on a very narrow street, I don't suggest trying to park there. The best option is NOT to have a car; just use a taxi or bus to get around.

No breakfast, but with a small kitchen we could cook our own. Great location. Very clean, newly refurbished. Very responsive staff when I had questions.

Location is ideal. Close enough to the centre but far enough away for peace and quiet.

We stayed at the post knot The only criticism is there was no place to put your toiletre or hang your towel. An extra bath mat near the bath tub would be ideal. As you having to move the bath mat from the bathroom near the bath tub.

The property was running and had everything that you needed, a proper home away from home. The features of the property were beautiful and really enjoyed our stay here so much we extended it another day! We had no issues and the property managers gave clear instructions and good recommendations around the area. I would recommend this to over family and friends!

The only trouble I had was my own fault, I booked the suite not realising it's at the top of a hill and I have a bad leg, luckily my partner was able to help me with this. I can't fault the hotel or staff at all.

We loved how luxurious the room was. How accommodating the owners were. The info they provided was top notch, especially for someone neurodivergent as it meant I could plan as best as possible. They also allowed us to have a later check out last minute, which they didnt have too and answered all my questions as quick as possible.

I think that it needs black out blinds for the front. It was very light in the morning even with the blinds closed.

Absolutely amazing!!! Definitely the wow factor. It had everything we could have wished for. The location was excellent, and just a little walk to the lake. it was my partners birthday surprise, and she was NOT disappointed!. Very clean, the bathtub was amazing. It was very well designed and of high quality. Aria Estates was so helpful and always replied to your messages very quickly. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Absolute gem of a place. Suite was immaculate with exceptional finishes, genuinely stunning place and can tell there has been high attention to detail. Had the most perfect last minute stay and will absolutely be back again. Thankyou for a lovely base in the lakes.
