Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The cabin was absolutely fantastic, clean and modern with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location was second to none right on the waters edge with view's across the harbour, always plenty to see and enjoy, boats coming and going and a helicopter training centre with lots of activity from them. The staff in the office always very professional and friendly, they did there job well and made sure that we had averting that we needed.

United KingdomOnly one thing we didn’t like were the pillows which were very flat, so we used the cushions from the bed as well. We also had someone park in our parking space when we came back one day but easily sorted and we were able to park in another bay which wasn’t being used, this might not have been so easy if all apartments were being used.
The view was amazing and very peaceful. We stayed in pursers apartment 6 which was very cute space, fully equipped kitchen and a reclining sofa. Two allocated parking spaces were great to have and a perfect location to explore.

The apartment was light bright and comfy. It was very clean and had everything we needed. A day or so before we visited we had a phone call to check that we were still ok to come and that we had new bed linen! Unfortunately on our 3 night stay the weather wasn't great so we only had 1 day that we could sit on the balcony, but it was lovely when we did. We enjoyed Portland, it's a quirky place. The DDay museum is a stones throw from Crabbers Wharf and there is also a castle. We were very relaxed in the apartment and that's what we came for so it fitted the bill!
