Kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaner (I brought cleaning wipes).

Centrally located in Swansea. Despite the flight of steps, the room was spacious, with bath tub, tv (complete with free view and Netflix), a kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle and washing machine. Ideal if you want to stay with a child.

Gets cold in the room quite fast so you need heating on quite a bit only negative other than that it’s tidy for the cost

Finding parking close by was a challenge and would have benefited from another chair and a fan as it was a hot weekend.

Very convenient for the locality, clean, well equipped kitchen, nice little snack treats. Good communication from owner, 2 hour later check out available at an additional cost.

We were a couple but there was only one chair in the flat, another one could be added. The room could have been cleaned a bit better, cleaness was a 7/10.

The flat was nice cosy, the staff very available and ready to solve any issue.

It was a bit awkward that I was on a business conference call on Friday in the afternoon and a gentleman knocked on the door. He had to enter the apartment to conduct a fire safety check.

The apartment is in a nice location and has a well-equipped kitchen. I stayed there for 3 days. It was a short stay to view houses in Swansea with my husband in the mornings and the location of this apartment is perfect because there are estate agencies right across the street. I worked remotely in the apartment in afternoon and I really appreciate the strong wifi signals. We enjoyed our stay in the Cozy Crib.

Due to unusual street numbers, it was quite difficult to find ( I’m 75 it was dark and I’d been travelling all day and It was a good 15 mins walk from the station. No bus service. Outside looks pretty dire.

In needed a low cost place for an overnight break in rail journey. Once in the flat I was pleasantly surprised, Spacious clean and welcoming. Appreciated the treats basket(snacks and lemonade cans) also ground coffee, tea and sugar. There is a coop near by. Sarah promptly replied to questions.

Just some random things not screwed in properly - door handle was loose, little things that could just easily be fixed. With a small bit of effort it could be made a lot nicer and be a really nice place.

Good price, good location, quite good facilities- had everything you needed. Quite a good studio flat.

The host will send you the steps on how to collect the keys and the property details on the check-in date near to the check-in time, that's made me a bit nervous as I text them one day before and don't get any reply but finally I got a reply near to the check-in time. Everything was fine! The room is on the 3rd floor (walk-up flat) so be prepare if you have a big luggage.

The check-in process is very clear and there was no keys to enter the apartment, the host will provide door access code. For those who like Asian food can visit the Asian Cafe at Brynymor Rd 10min walking distance from the property, you will no regret with the choice of menu. Also we bought a delicious birthday cake at Happylicious Dessert house (need to order 1 day before) I don't remember the exact location but it just near to Asian Cafe. Also a self service laundry near there.

My partner and I had no issues with the property.

The property was very clean and my partner and I loved that it had everything we needed during our short stay. The location isn’t too bad either, very accessible to the town centre even just by foot (approx. 10-15 min walk).

It is a small studio but it doesn’t take away from the experience at all.

The location is super convenient when travelling from the station. The ease to travel to the town centre and access to the bus shelter into and around town was really nice.
