Rooms were very warm and a bit dated checkin staff seemed unsure and slow and reception desk seemed understaffed

Brilliant location, foyer lounge was lovely, The woodshed was an excellent place for pizza and drinks as were the staff who worked in it . The girl in charge of the breakfast was also excellent but seemed to have to do everything !!

For the price we paid I would at least like to see a maid in the room. We stayed 3 nights and no clean towels, no emptying of bins, no toilet clean.

Lovely hotel. Great there is so many places to eat. The swimming pools are fabulous. Location is spot on. Dinosaurs are a nice touch.

Clearly understaffed which wasn't the fault of the staff. To be fair I've stayed in 3 brittania hotels now and this seems the same in all their hotels so probably a head office decision and not a local one. Check in queue was so long it took about 45 minutes to check in meaning there was no longer an opportunity to order food and the nearest town is not within walking distance.

Room was clean and got a free upgrade to a larger room which is always nice. Location is good Staff very friendly For a brittania hotel which are usually the worst this one was actually ok.

Only one option for breakfast which is £13. The coffee shop does not sell any pastries. Basic accomodation. The room was like a sauna event though the window was open and it had not been a hot day at all. The sauna was luke warm. The jacuzzi is cold as it is just part of the main pool so it is too cold to sit in.

Convenient location for travel south from JOG. Cheap accomodation. Easy to park. Nice bar area. The hotel is tired and the decor is in need of a refresh. However the beds and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable. The swimming pool is pleasant.

The walls to our room were thin so we could hear every little sound from the rooms either side of us. The extraction fan was also noisy

The hotel was fairly luxurious in the foyer and reception area; we were impressed upon checking in. We arrived at the hotel at 3.20pm and joined a queue which went right to the entrance to the hotel. We waited about 20 minutes to be seen but I felt bad for the staff as 1 employee was going between the bar and shop area to serve customers. The bed was very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised to have a window as we booked a room without one. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Took a long time to check in and waiting at the bar, they could do with more staff (all the staff that were there were excellent though). Room could do with a spruce up, there was a very large crack in the sink and generally a bit run down. Not enough power sockets.

Time to check in. Dinner buffet very average and overpriced. Worst sirloin steak I've ever had. Major parts of the hotel very tired and run down.

The room smelt of dog. Rooms very outdated but clean.

There was only one person to the bar and the coffee counter the bar closed at 11pm and it took ages to get checked in

Room advertised as cosy, I would say very small. Tried to up grade but due to coach parties no available rooms left, ended move couple bits furniture about myself & to be honest totally made the difference.

Staff really good, helpful & friendly. Food to be honest really good considering buffet layout, hot & plenty of it. Good selecting over the 3 night stay. Farmhouse Stew really good. Location main point for us, turn left at main entrance then follow the road & short drive your at the Ski resort & straight on the mountains.

The check in process is very slow. I would suggest printing out all of the paperwork for guests arrivals I'm advance to save time. With too few staff on the desk and having to print everything out person by person it takes ages. The blond staff member at the front desk.was abrupt and didn't acknowledge my arrival initially.

Free upgrade to a suite was excellent. Although you need to put a screen on the shower to stop flooding. Room was quiet which was perfect as I just needed a place to sleep for the night after a long work trip and having been ill throughout.

Check in was way faster than previous stays. When I reported the issues with my room, (broken toilet door handle and the room door wasn't locking on leaving, meaning my belongings weren't secure when away from room), I was given a new room without hesitation, which turned out to be a bigger better room also. I'd have settled for same room type, so that was a bonus. So my thanks to the shift manager on reception for sorting it so quickly as I could see he was getting busy with check ins. Much appreciated 👍👍
