We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomBed was a little uncomfortable with lumps and bumps. Shower not too powerful but ok. Did end up with a bite on my risk that I dont remember being there on the evening before. Didnt like the look of the restaurant menu so ate elsewhere. Not much choice.
Wifi worked great on each device. Location good to get to our Windsor office with a good price and parking.

United KingdomThe property is dated both inside and out. The hotel internet was not working on our visit. The restaurant food was poor at best and wasn’t worth the prices charged. On the approach to the hotel outside were two Palestinian flags flying outside, this to me sums up the area.
The property had onsite parking, It was within a close drive to Lego Land Windsor.

IrelandOn our departure time the keycard wouldn't work. Maintenance had to be called to sort this out. But this was done quickly, since we had a bus to catch. No sockets near the bed.
We were offered 2 rooms instead of 1, which my kids loved. Breakfast was lovely with plenty choice.

Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Room was spacious with 2 double beds. However I would have preferred one king / queen bed instead. Beds were comfortable. We were on 7th floor with a great view. Restaurant in the hotel was amazing with great staff.
