The room was so dirty . The heater was just behind the pillow and it was so strong and you cant even lower the temperature. The bedsheets were torn and had stains on it. I left the room in 15 minutes after i went there and asked for refund but i didnt get any reply from property owner. The washroom was bad and had no tissue in it. No one should go there . It’s pathetic

There was mould all in the room round the windows especially. There was a damp smell to the whole building It didn’t feel safe the area was rough people were going round with baseball bats and balaclavas. Anyone could get in the room as it was a code room. The bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed for months, there was also fleas on the bed. No warmth. And when we got there, no one was there to give us an induction. Although glad they didn’t because I would’ve told them how I felt about their property. I think the properly needs an inspection as it was filthy!!

It was really dirty and unsafe. We've been welcomed by an agressive groupe of people who did not even told us who they were. The bedroom and the shared bathroom were dirty. You wander what kind of disease you're gonna get there. The entry door does not close and the neighborhood feels quite unsafe. We met the police as we came back from the town center. Do not come to this place.

I didn't like the hosts attitude, I didn't like the smell, the front door is not secure (it's been previously kicked in) the bed is stained, didn't smell fresh, the bathroom is dusty a smells of wee, complete with skidmarks In loo, despite description stating that its professionally cleaned.. The kitchen is communal and isn't clean and tidy. House smells of cannabis, noisy neighbours with people constantly coming and going (make your own assumptions about that) Booking.com should take Court Road house off their listing as its not fit for purpose. We ended up not staying as it was disgusting and unsafe! Also, deposits are not returned. Owners' communication is bad. I'd advise you to find somewhere else to stay. A box in the multi-storey carpark would be better than this place.

Place was dirty, not very well maintained. Curtain rail was hanging on the floor with curtain. Cracks in the wall, ants running on window. Bed and linen look like it was never washed. Glad we decided not to stay over and drove back to England same day.

Room was disgusting, mould in the corners and dirt everywhere. Flooring was peeling. Staff (well, people present at the property who were working on the back garden) were friendly, but quiet and very unhelpful.

location isn;t great, hard to tell if your in cardiff or a third world middle east country, decor in the room is shoddy, mismatched bedding went well with the mismatched paint on walls, woodwork badly repaired or missing, no tv at all, room was ground floor by pavement so constant noise, only 1 shower for 7 rooms and 1 toilet per floor, kettle and tea/coffee but no milk, wifi signal fair, i won't go back there

we arrived for my friends birthday and she cried it was so so dirty, genital hair all over the loo seat, one towel between the 4 of us. a bad bad odour of fags and dirt through the house. radiator on full blast in our room and no windows for air. broken cupboards, plug socket didn’t work. it was basically a shambles. will be making a complaint and requesting a refund!!! not happy! communication was zero! no response -

The rooms are by code lock... severely unsecured with people able to access your room. I had to slide my bed up to block the door to aid security. Could not get out of that place quick enough. Was too scared to take a shower as I didn't know who was going to be in the property at any given time. No staff there... its purely run on key codes which ARE NOT CHANGED

i turned up at 2 i n the morning with no information. i know 2 in the morning is not the best if you got a job you should make sure workers are okay. why are you changing me for £40 for nothing to sleep at….
