Security risk of previous tenants knowing the codes for the doors and able to access any room at any given time. Front door not secure not locking and able to be entered at any time. Can easily be fixed

Front door didn't close properly. There was someone sleeping in the kitchen, weird and also meant I didn't feel very comfortable going in. There was an alarm that was beeping all night. Bathroom was quite dirty.

As above. I did not feel safe in property and there was no other alternative in vacinity to go to.

I think the place was misrepresented I thought it was a hotel but it was more a Hostel. The facilities were minimal a bed . Small tv and a wardrobe. No basin, no shower, no toilet in room. The curtains were stained with what I have no idea, the lock was hanging of and could not always lock it. Getting onto the property was difficult I was left out in rain for at least 2” mins till one of the other residents let me in. I tried to contact owner at least 3 times and messaging him. Eventually I got through and got the details I needed. The front door was sometimes left open and there was no reception or evidence of anyone being there. Fortunately I was out most of the day.

Front door didn't lock. It was left slightly ajar all through the night. We had a tv but no aerial or TV remote so couldn't watch any television.

Bedroom was clean. We had clean towels and bedding.

Ridiculous amount of noise within the property which ironically they talk about having a noise curfew between the hours of 10pm to 8am The rooms definitely need some DIY attention One of the tenants inside the property accused me of partaking in smoking cannabis from my room which I had politely said search my room if you want. Not the best experience for sleep at all

The room looked like it was in the middle of been renovated. The front door was a keypad entry and the the bedroom was also keypad entry. The door didn't close properly, had to fiddle about with snib to get it to stay closed. Won't recommend if you are a lone female as during the night someone tried to get into room. The furniture was chipped , floor dirty and scuffed and their was an old headboard behind the bed. The landing had people's laundry drying.

Too less number of bathrooms! In fact only one shared or common bathroom for all six room people. Very very difficult time. Felt like when to get away, and where to find some bathroom & toilet facilities (:--((

There is dust on the bed. This landlord is the same as another property in Cardiff who charged me 100 pounds deposit but never refunded.

No staff to contact to ask questions such as where are the toilet rolls. No toilet rolls in toilet. House was very unclean and in kept. Does not match what is shown on pic. Could do with new carpets and house paint. Overall very poor.

Not very clean, poorly organised (someone was already in the room I had been allocated), paper thin walls, noisy guests, TV not working, ugly rooms, dirty bathroom.

It is cheap and the location in relation to the stadium is excellent.

House not looked after at all. Door entry system broke, had to fix my self, back door hard to open, rooms are not really clean or cared for Ran out of electricity as on pre payment had ro call agent to put more on. Patio is good for smoking but nothing else as not kept tidy Next door you got smack heads or drinkers shouting all day, they did go to sleep fairly early luckily Neighbours other side are on you for parking van to unload and I got a ticket I now have to pay £25 for that. Won't go back

The toilets were not very clean and there was not any handwash in the bathrooms. Also, the mirror in the room was difficult to get to as it was between the bed and the wardrobe.

The room was a good size with a TV. There was enough storage space to spend one night in.
