Good location to get to Anfield, on street parking around the corner. Was fine for what we needed but wasn’t that clean- there was dried sick on the floor and other people’s stuff on the windowsill.

Very rude staff, heat was not great, I asked for 3 single beds and received 2 double which was incomfortable.

The door at the entrance of the facility was so difficult to lock up, apparently the door had a fault, the toilet seat covers were bad and the toilet was dirty. No toothpaste, shampoo or good soap in the bathroom

I didn’t like that the parking was on double yellows, that there was hairs in the bed, that there was no teaspoons for the hot drinks. Also needs black out curtains and lights to turn of on hallway, my children was up all night due to how light rooms was.

The door section of the room was battered and the bathroom lacked cleanliness. Most of all, the owner was terrible. We were told to change hotels because we did not have a spare key, even though we could not get into the room due to a complete mistake on their part. At 10pm. Although they were able to accommodate me in the end, there was no apology for their mistake. I demand a more polite response.

It was right on the front of a busy, not too desirable high street, could not comment on the inside as I was not able to enter

I was unable to get into the property, we waited out on the high street for 1 and a half hours, trying to contact the owner, trying to contact booking.com and in the end had to book further accommodation, last minute, at a price. I eventually got a message from the owner, after I had booked in and paid for somewhere else, saying….wasn’t my fault. And that is all I have heard from him. I have since messaged the owner for a refund but he has not responded.

I never thought that platform booking.com indicates to its customers an accommodation in these qualities honestly i was very disappointed !!!! The place is in a very busy area on a main avenue, with many bus options and a large flow of cars and people, but when you arrive in front of the apartment entrance you have to contact the owner to send your personal documents. During this period you and your family are exposed to discomfort without having access to the apartments. When you pay for the accommodation you receive a code in the email saying it's pim to have access to the apartment key but it doesn't work you have to get in touch and go through this whole process of sending documents giving you distrust and fear as well as approximately a minimum waiting time of 30 minutes . When you enter the building, the environment is not clean and there is a smell of cigarettes in the room, leaving you feeling disappointed ! Can you imagine sleeping in a smelly place? Then the windows have no protection, a simple curtain that serves no purpose, there is also no blackout and at the same time all the noise from the street is inside the room, unbearable noise with no conditions whatsoever for sleeping. The dirty mattress, not cleaned and of poor quality, when you sit down, you feel it touching the headboard of the bed.

we were told we would receive a key code at 2pm, for 3pm check in. We were not given a code until 3:30pm, after waiting outside for over 30 minutes (we were not the only guests waiting outside the accommodation for a code) the owner was blunt and rude in responses to us requesting to receive our code. we ended up being late for our event, due to the delays getting in. there were 2 half toilet rolls in each toilet (around 5 rooms were sharing this) nowhere near enough, and no sign of spares anywhere obvious. Room showed real signs of wear and tear, and was only lightly cleaned.

We had this accommodation booked for a year, we travelled down 3 hours, we were ringing all day to get a pin to access the property, we arrived before check in which was 3pm so waited until 3pm to ask again for the pin, we were waiting outside for 50 minutes to then get a text stating ‘i don’t have a room sorry’, after taking our money for this accomodation and not answering us all day, what was supposed to be a wonderful trip turned into our worst nightmare and we had to pay again to stay at a different hotel, no remorse has been shown by the owner, other than a rude attitude putting the phone down on us repeatedly

Parking was very hitty missy, but if you looked in the local streets, you were able to find a free parking space that wasn’t permitted.

Good room for friends travelling to see Taylor Swift. Anfield was a 20 minute walk away so was pretty ideal!

Sell it for what it is.

1. Not suitable for families 2. Unsafe - front door is made of ply wood. Room doors poor lock. Place smells of weed, and sweaty bodies. 3. Bookings.com mis advised 4. Not free parking. Road parking. 5. This is a dirty, cheap game night option. The end. Single guys only.

We spent there one night due to football match Liverpool - Sparta Prague and for this occasion was this accommodation perfect - location near Anfield. Next advantage is, that in front of doors is bus stop to railway station
