One member of staff did not do well when serving drinks but just needs a bit of training on customer service. It is unfortunately not recommended to walk into Pease Pottage because of the busy road, but the bar and food at the hotel meant it was not necessary to find a local pub.

The food here is the best I have had at a hotel, fresh salads, great pizza especially loved the tuna nicoise. Friendly staff, great surroundings, a short walk through the golf field to a country park. Very easy to get to Gatwick in the morning.

Setting is beautiful We had a little walk through the golf club in the wood , sunny day and very peaceful Beds very comfy All room spot on Tea coffee with kettle Very quiet even with a wedding happening at the venue in the evening , we couldn't hear anything. Breakfast was really good ( included)with a choice of fruit juice , tea, coffee, cereals, fresh fruit , and a choice of cooked breakfast too Health centre was great too with swimming pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi , changing room safe and clean. Very relaxing weekend indeed .

Staffs were very welcoming, we did feel comfortable and they keen to help. Amazing, serene place to be reenergised. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed it. Unfortunately we were there for such a short stay. We’ll come back very soon.

Some staff shouldn’t be front of house people. Room wasn’t brilliantly clean. Found quite a few pubic hairs in the bath and around the toilet.

very comfy rooms, each with a bath. There’s a beautiful garden around the house. Everything is beyond my expectations. I wish I could come again.

For room 2 (disabled guests) Mixer tap strange - you needed to put it to full strength to get warm water and got splashed Shower also a pain to get to correct temperature Toilet was right underneath sink No view (hit and miss whether you get one or not) Not huge gripes but still disappointing for price even if included breakfast Unfortunately the morning we had breakfast there was a builder sandpapering the bar at 8.30am!

Wedding was happening the same night which we were told about but the music bass was quite loud

The duvet had some pretty gross brown staining on it. Unfortunately we didn’t see it until the morning or I would have asked for a clean duvet that evening. Also tight on the loo roll situation! Haha

The only issue we had was my husband's food on the first night - however the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

There wasn't much not to like - the staff were excellent - helpful and friendly, the restaurant service was efficient and the spa facilities were good

Check out time doesn’t really allow for use of the health club facilities after a party night.

Golf club location very nice countryside views. Nice fairly new venue. Relaxed restaurant and bar. Ideal wedding and party venue.

Restaurant food not amazing, but not terrible. Breakfast had lots of choices. The view from the restaurant is beautiful.

Lovely setting, very clean room, great pool etc Great place to go as a family. The kids loved the pool and we had a good walk around the grounds.

The pool was shut from 2-2.45 on the day off our arrival, this wouldn't of been a problem but we were not told so that slightly annoying when we were in our costumes ready to get into the pool and couldn't.

The room was spacious and the views were gorgeous. The pool was lovely and dinner and breakfast were great with lots of choice.

The jacuzzi not working

The leisure faculties and beauty treatment were excellent, There was a good selection of freshly cooked breakfast. The room was also very large and quiet, considering it was so close to Gatwick.
