The bathroom in the room could do with a little work, towel rail starting to come away from the wall, grout needs redoing. Other than that everything was great

Being on the top floor the room was very warm with not much ventilation. There was an aroma of cannabis which you could smell through the walls & on the stairs which wasn't ideal. You could hear the cars on the gravel outside coming and going for most of the evening.

We were upgraded to a bigger room at no extra cost. The bathroom was clean and very spacious. The bed was big and very comfortable.

we had 4 small, flat pillows on a super king size bed, so they didn't give enough support

We stopped at Cotswolds Hotel & Spa for the night while touring the Cotswolds. The location was within driving distance to Stow on the Wold and Burton on the Water as well as a few other places. It was nice having dining options on location. Room was clean and staff was nice.

The room was very hot, we had a boiler in our room which was also noisy all night unfortunately. The breakfast is expensive but the pastries or continental options wasn’t the best. Full English was lovely.

The gym wasn't the best. Rooms are thin walls, so you could hear all the other guests walking in and out. Can keep you up at night.

The room was great, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Bed was comfortable. Little one enjoyed having her own little pullout bed. Coffee facilities were fully stocked.

Maybe a bit more milk and a greater selection of teabags in the room. Also, a little noisy at night, due to boiler in room and some outside noise, but really this is just ‘splitting hairs’ as neither of these things were a major deal.

We had a complimentary upgrade so the room was a lovely surprise and bigger than we had originally booked. We had an evening meal of belly pork which was delicious, couldn’t fault it. Wonderful surroundings with a balcony view over golf course which was great.

There was no mini fridge in the bedrooms I think for the amount I paid for one night a fridge would have been good for the water I had to buy for the room! Also some mini bottles of water should have been complementary in the room .

Price of room should of come with breakfast at least we also asked for my wife's 60th birthday but we got nothing very disappointed
