No welcoming bar / central area at reception, meaning it lacked a little atmosphere….

On the day we checked out, which would have been 11am. The cleaners started hoovering and changing our neighbours bedrooms from 8.30 am ! The loud noise from the doors shutting woke us up where they were going backwards and forwards cleaning, it was so frustrating as we were away for a break and had no children and then a 2 hour drive home.

Good room, good size, nice bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and soft linen Breakfast was good (just needed more TEA options) teabags

Temporarily there is a lot of work going on so it just felt a bit cramped.

This is the second time that we have stayed and the beds have not been made as per our request despite getting a confirmation email stating that our beds would be set up as requested. Please review guests requests so rooms are ready upon arrival and guests aren't obliged to prepare their own bed.

Good location, lovely big apartments with golf views. 15 min walk into Chipping Norton. Hotel also has a restaurant and bar so you don't have to travel out.

The room was extremely hot. Even with the fan it was sweltering. Also the noise from upstairs disturbed our sleep.

Beautiful location and lovely property. Fitted to a high standard and everything in good condition, would definitely stay again.

Room to warm. Have to walk outside to get to bar and restaurant. Bar staff couldn’t make an Old Fashion cocktail

A quiet location, golf club attached. I booked a standard double which was a huge room with a balcony. I initially thought we had been upgraded but when I asked I was informed that we were in fact in one of the standard rooms, impressed by the quality especially as the price was only £75, room only

Uncomfortable beds , was given a room with balcony , that had no direct sunlight on it the whole time we were there , this balcony is the only one of all the rooms which had this issue

There were long queues and wait times at the restaurant, so we ended up eating somewhere else.

The room was incredibly nice, especially as we had one on the top-most floor.

Some minor problems such as thin pillows, lamp not working. Meals in evening in the restaurant were uninspiring

The bath was high and difficult to climb in and out. The shower was very powerful but drenched the bathroom as the shower screen was not very big.

The bed was very comfortable and the balcony lovely. Check in and out was easy.

Either A la carte or a pizza in the bar 😔 nothing in-between. I'm a business traveller, and I don't want to 'dine' I just want to eat. They need to rethink the choices for professionals.

Clean, comfortable, with nice staff and very good value. About a 35min walk into Chipping Norton or a quick bus ride that stop outside. Lots of parking spaces too.

The settee in front of the television was desperately uncomfortable to sit on for too long.

Very spacious rooms. The breakfast was great. The wireless was good. I had a balcony with a table and chairs on it which was really nice to sit on. The bathroom was spacious and modern.
