Would of been nice to have more info on the surrounding area/walks ect, we didn’t know about all the places to go to around until our last day

I didn't like that. There was a really big queue when it was check-in time at 3:00. That was a little off-putting

Went there for my birthday. It was a wonderful day. My first time here and it was lovely. The staff were amazing. Very helpful. The spa staff were amazing. They were incredible. The bedroom was lovely clean. I enjoyed that. The food was great. Love that

Possibly slightly friendlier at check-in but then again, it was a busy long bank holiday weekend. The bathroom needs a little work dome on it.

The room was comfortable. The bathroom was nice too, though not pristine. Dinner at the old boathouse was very nice, the quality of the food was good. The breakfast dinning area was a little busy but then again it was a bank holiday Monday. The quality of the breakfast food was very good.

Breakfast was over crowded with not a great offering as it had all gone both days. No water in rooms. Some funny rules about the spa and bookings, I can understand why as the spa and pool is just not big enough for a hotel this size. A bit remote and difficult to get a taxi.

Hotel is lovely with great facilities and friendly staff.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic & we didn’t mind sitting in the bar with the dog it was a lot more peaceful but carrying juice & coffee that far was a bit of a nightmare - drinks should be near the front for bar diners.

It's a beautiful environment. The lake makes a beautiful backdrop. The staff are always very attentive and friendly and the rooms are clean and really large.

This is outside the property's direct input. It may be worth asking for safe footpaths to be created alongsude rge main road leading to the hotel if one wants to walk locally.

Great venue with great views. Very clean room. Very comfortable bed. Very powerful shower. Good quality food for lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet was well catered. Slight lack of selection for greens or seasonal fresh fruit. Professional staff. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had a few ants in our room. As mentioned above if the cooked breakfast buffett had been hotter.

The hotel breakfast - fresh fruit was very nice, the cooked breakfast wasn't very hot at all. Nice selection of pastries and coffees/teas though. Location was good - the town of Cirencester is less than 15 mins drive away and there was a bus service just outside the hotel on main road. Dog friendly lots of poop bins and dog station washes to use. The spa swimming pool was nice. Friendly and good staff. We went out of season so some of the nearby and on site restuarants were closed during our visit.

The TV does not connect to the internet, which I understood is for security reasons but they need to think about another solution. A nice film in bed, children watching cartoons while you take a shower, or having some resting fun in your room are not too much to ask. Every hotel I've been allows casting at least so we can use streaming services.
